Cozy 3 bed, 2 full bath home located minutes away from Boca Grande & Englewood beaches! Private fully fenced large yard with swimming pool, outdoor dining & lounge area. Extra large pergola provides shade during the day and fans will move the air during those humid days!
House has tile throughout, granite counter tops and comfortable furnishings. Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and french doors leading out to the yard. Twin bedroom has a twin bed, twin trundle bed, desk & chair. Full bathroom is down the hall. On opposite side of the home is a queen bedroom & guest bath with privacy door if needed for creating a large suite.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking!
