When we arrived we found the condo to be as advertised, the kitchen is well equipped, spices and all. The only thing we could have used was a food blender to make smoothies, other than that, it had everything you could possibly need. It is perfect to have guests, the second bedroom is totally private with it''s own bathroom. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was wonderful to have a garage to park the car, especially since a few of the days were above normal warm! It has a private patio with a large BBQ and four chairs. We didn't use the pool area very often, it was difficult for us to get there because of walking distance, but the few times we used it, it was a beautiful area. The condo is very quiet, you see very few people and hear very little noise, it faces the inner court area so you don't hear any street noise. The owners are most responsive to any needs you may have, and very easy to reach should you need anything or have any questions. They gave us great advise on places to eat, beaches nearby, shopping, and anything else you may wish to know. Some of our favorite restaurants were Phil's BBQ, The Islands Restaurant, The Original Pancake House, and a small restaurant at a nearby winery. If you're looking for a great church in the area, we found The City Church, just 10 minutes from the condo, they were like an immediate family. Oh yes, it also is close to all kinds of shopping, including a large 3 level mall, and of course Costco! We spent several days in San Diego, it is only a 30 minute freeway drive, we loved Coronado Beach area, Sea World, Old Town San Diego and Del Mar Beach area, all within a 30 minute drive.
