About this property
The Loft at Loon Sound
About this space
The Loft at Loon Sound is nestled among tall pines and offers a serene waterfront getaway, with a private patio and outdoor gas firepit. Enjoy your vacation in a newly renovated, expansive space, enveloped in the charming warmth of a completely pine interior, with water views out every window. The path that extends from the patio leads to a dock, which is a perfect spot to watch the stars at night or listen to the loons.
The space
The Loft at Loonsound has a private parking space with a private pathway into a private entrance. The space is above a a charming woodshop type garage. There will not be anyone in the woodshop while guests are staying in the loft. The loft is very private. There is a well lit, spacious flight of stairs to enter into the loft. The loft has an expansive kitchen, living room, bathroom , and a large bedroom. All of the windows have a water view.
The loft is a brand new construction, so everything is new, clean and fresh!
Guest access
The loft is situated above the owners charming woodshop garage. Rob will not be doing any projects in the garage while we have guests. Guests have full access to the entire property. Including the waterfront, dock with gas fireplace, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, , a grassy area with picnic table and beautiful wooden swing chair.
Other things to note
Maureen and Rob live in the main house of the property. The loft is situated above the garage on the same property. There is another small cottage next-door to the garage. Although there are structures around there is plenty of space and privacy!
The Loft does not have a formal stove it has an induction burner. The induction burner works great, boils water in minutes and cooks great.
