The decor is very suitable for the place, fresh and cozy at the same time. It has all the amenities needed for a nice stay. It also has a very spacious terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and the marina.
The condominium has an equipped kitchen, a large living room and dining room, a room with access to the terrace and private bathroom. The terrace has a table for six people.
With your reservation you have access to the full condominium, the beach, the Marina Cortes area where you will find more restaurants, a mini market, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, cafeteria and ATMs,among others.
Your reservation has one day free access to the Caimancito Beach Club within Orchid House, which is 600 mts away from the development. It has a restaurant and bar on the beach shore. Along with your access to the club, you have a consumption of $500 pesos per person that goes on our own. Book with us and ask about transportation.*
*Subject to club's availability.
For the golf course, green fee is paid and booked directly on the El Cardón website.
This property is located in a independently managed housing complex so it is subject to unforeseen events such as construction and sudden repairs, external noises, as well as limitation in certain areas.
