Pet friendly Sweet Ranch Home near NCSU, Centennial campus & RDU
This ranch home is in a GREAT location close to parks, NCSU & Centennial campus, RDU, the NC Farmers Market and downtown Raleigh. It has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & a bunk that is a full on bottom and a twin on top sleeping 3 kids comfortably) 2 full baths and a private back patio. The back yard is fenced. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer that you are free to use. You can bring your pet with a fee. The home is upgraded with tile floors and granite counter tops. It's decorated with a homey feel with a mix of antiques, news things and estate sale finds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses and more. I provide coffee, tea, sweeteners, and cream. There is salt & pepper but you bring the rest of the food and spices.
