We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

We will do everything we can to ensure you have the most enjoyable, relaxing, productive, or adventurous time on Oahu as possible. Please don't hesitate to send us a message!

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7.
House Rules:

-No smoking in the unit, in the elevators or any covered common area
-No pets are allowed in the unit
-No parties or events on the premises
-Please observe quiet hours of:
Sun-Thurs 9pm-7am
Friday 10pm-7am
Saturday 10pm-9am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the door closed when you are not present in the unit.
-No items can be stored or left outside the unit, or hung off of any of the railings
-Guest must register with the resident manager within 7 days of arrival
-Please leave the Condo keys (3) in the lockbox when you check out. A fine of $200 will be passed on to the guest per lost key.
