Guests will have private access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay within the unit. This property is shared between two units, so while the interior space is entirely yours, the backyard is a shared area. The driveway is spacious, with designated spots accommodating up to two vehicles, and additional parking is available on the street. We kindly ask guests to be respectful and mindful of others when using shared spaces, including the backyard and front driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
•Please be respectful of neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 10:00 PM
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house (including vapes). A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No extra or overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
•No pets (ONLY with prior approval)
•Check-in time is anytime after 4pm
•Checkout time is 11:00 am
