Your most memorable Cape Cod vacation begins at this renovated five-bedroom home in Wellfleet. The stylish and comfortably-appointed interior is only rivaled by the main deck and roof deck offering stunning sunsets and expansive views of Loagy Bay.

Enter the main living area which features an open living and dining room with wood floors and a soaring vaulted ceiling. The large, sunny living room has plenty of seating and a flat screen television. Foodies will love the well-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and spacious counters and cabinets--perfect for whipping up everything from a plate of Wellfleet oysters to a gourmet meal. Grill out and eat on the deck or at the ample dining room table.

The main floor has three bedroom (all with queens, one of the three has an en suite half bath), a full bathroom with tub/shower and a half bath. The finished lower level has a comfortable sitting area with a flat screen television, two more bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twins) and a full bath with a shower.

The entire home is cooled by central air. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the large deck. This deck and the roof deck (accessible by an exterior spiral staircase) offer incredible water views and unparalleled sunsets.

The home is situated on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood close to Lieutenant Island, the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking and walking path, Marconi Beach at the Cape Cod National Seashore and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. After a day at the beach, biking or hiking Wellfleet's lush trails, take a short drive to the center of Wellfleet for the art galleries, eclectic shops and amazing dining. Take in a show at WHAT, the Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre or head in to Truro or Provincetown for even more entertainment and dining.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
