Super clean!

VERY clean, well appointed, comfortable! This place was wonderful. It has everything a person could need. High end, very comfortable furnishings. The pool and hot tub were amazing. You could adjust the temperature to your liking. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The screened in pool area was so nice with a view of the canal. We had a wonderful surprise on our last day, a visit from dolphins!

This is the best neighborhood in Southwest Cape Coral. Very beautiful neighborhood beautiful scenery, deep canals, no bridges great for any boat. You park in the backyard.

My property unique because close to everything if you coming on vacation, you don’t have a car to go to grocery store. You can walk to go to restaurants. You can walk to go to bars. You can walk liquor store you can walk and very quiet beautiful neighborhood.
