This simply is one of the best locations ever.
So peaceful neighbors, friendly and respectful.
Having Walmart, Sam’s, banks, bus station and the KM 0 from the Hotel Zone almost at the backyard, it makes it perfect.

What makes this property unique

The simple fact of having on one side the ideal space to watch the sunrise and also have the pool to rest and relax while enjoying the sunset, is something that few people can definitely do.
