The property is centrally and conveniently located close to many wonderful attractions offered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pt Richmond has easy access via I-580 and I-80 to San Francisco, 19 miles, to Berkeley & East Bay 5 -9 miles, and to communities across the San Rafael Bridge (north on 101) to the wine country in Sonoma and Napa 35 miles (40 minutes).

A versatile location: A new ferry terminal opened in 2019 for Richmond 2.8 miles away, & Bart station(s) 5-9 miles, l Oakland airport 23 miles, SFO airport 31 miles.

Point Richmond has several marinas in the area. The Brickyard Cove, Richmond Yacht Club, and the Marina Bay Yacht Harbor. Marina Bay has a variety of guest services, sailboats/motorboats/kayaks are easily launched into the protected harbor and guided trips to nearby islands are possible via East Bay Regional Park system.

Tenants will receive a copy of the rental agreement at the time a deposit is submitted/accepted for the reservation with all the details, rules etc.
Cancellation Policy: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation. The deposit will be refunded, if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

NOTE: While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to ensure you that we stay safe and healthy. Being in the healthcare field, I have always followed the CDC/OSHA infection control recommendations. I have continued to implement these effective guidelines, not only at work, but also within our rental property and home. Our calendar is blocked accordingly, to allow time between guests to properly disinfect. There is a surveillance device that monitors the outside of the property. It is attached to the main house, monitoring the street to entry of complete property. It is not placed on the rented unit, where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
