Welcome to our thoughtfully designed coliving and coworking space, ideal for remote professionals, solo travelers, and project teams. The property features eight private studio apartments, each equipped with a private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, sofa, and smart TV.

The shared coworking space includes eight ergonomic workstations with adjustable desks, monitors, wireless mice, and keyboards. Two meeting rooms can be combined into one larger space, equipped with a smart TV and whiteboard. The office also provides a wireless printer and a free coffee station.

The common area on the bottom floor features a cozy sofa lounge with a 50” smart TV, a spacious dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for shared meals and socializing.

Step outside to the outdoor area, where a 12-meter-long pool and eight sun loungers invite you to relax. The coworking space connects to the rooftop building via a bridge, which features a community bathroom, additional workspaces, and a large sofa area for casual breaks.

On the rooftop, enjoy a spacious outdoor dining table, a large sofa area perfect for sunsets, and plenty of space for yoga or workouts.

With daily housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance, and seamless access to Pererenan’s vibrant cafés, gyms, and beaches, our space is designed to inspire productivity and relaxation.
