Villa Punta is situated just 50 m from the Adriatic Sea. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna, and all apartments feature a balcony with sea or pool views. The pool is private, and only guests from Punta Apartments will have access to it.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location.
Air-conditioned apartments at Villa Punta have a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom. Guests have the option of having the buffet breakfast in the nearest restaurant (45m away) or complete menu.
Free of charge, guests have access to private parking and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Massages, room service and packed lunches can be arranged upon request.
Snorkelling, diving and fishing can be organised upon request. We can organize for our guests transfer where they want (airports, shops, excursions etc.
