This unit is updated and decorated for total comfort and luxury. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your master bedroom, balcony, and living room and Intracoastal views from the kitchen and second bedroom. You are surrounded by tranquil waters in every direction and located directly on private, quiet, beachfront property. Watch the sunrise on the Intracoastal waters in the morning as you sip a cup of coffee, and then watch it set from your balcony over the Gulf of Mexico. Simply beautiful!

Every amenity is included in your vacation villa, from custom bedding to oversized beach towels. We have included all bedding, towels, dishes, blow dryer, board games, books, and DVDs. Everything to make your packing light and your vacation smooth. In addition, we have free Wi-Fi Internet, cable, and a portable playpen for those traveling with young children. Furthermore, we offer free, unlimited, nationwide calling to all states and Canada from the condo.

Enjoy private tennis overlooking the ocean, a large heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and covered patio sets, two large grill areas, and the best (and most therapeutic) hot tub I have ever soaked in!

Sand Key beach is quiet and very private. It has excellent shells and is perfect for long, rejuvenating beach walks. It's adjacent to Clearwater Beach but separated by a new, long bridge. All of the nightlife and action of Clearwater beach is minutes away, but none of the noise and crowds cross over into Sand Key. This location gives you the best of both worlds. The 'Jolly Trolley' stops right across the street and takes you to Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, etc... So getting there is a breeze. In addition, Disney is only an hour and 20 minutes away and Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away.

The building is gated with 24-hour security guards and full-time management is located on the property. In addition, included with the unit, is a private covered parking spot. Across the street is a fantastic boardwalk with cute stores, a bank, salon, cleaners, ice cream shop, restaurants, and the ever-popular Dunkin' Donuts.

Some specifics on the unit: Both full bathrooms have been newly renovated with stand up showers, new vanities including quartz countertops, and flooring. The main living area has a large leather sectional with 2 full recliners, as well as a separate recliner. Also, we have a 65 in. smart T.V., featuring Pandora and Netflix abilities in the unit. The living room also contains a DVD/stereo system for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and armoire, with fresh linens and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom is right across the hall and has a stand-up shower. The balcony has a bar height long table with stools. The kitchen has every appliance, dishes, towels, etc... needed, as well as new bar stools. In addition, we have two, twin-sized inflatable beds, perfect for two more guests or children.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed on the property for tenants.

'Thank you a lot for letting us stay at your beautiful condo and making our vacation amazing! We always had something to do whether it was tanning on the beach, swimming in the pool, enjoying the hot tub, or just staying inside. Our landmarck condo stay
The condo was beautiful. Newly updated, perfect view of the ocean, short walk to private beach, shopping and eating across the street, close drive to pier 60 where you can go dolphin watching, boat cruises, excellant restaraunts. We had a wonderful time and would definately rent Sandras codo again.

Perfect Condo and destination... for perfect vacations!
Sand Key beach is a perfect destination. The beach is one of the best I have seen. Now, the Condo!!...how can I put it in words to describe it? The place is just perfect!!...The condo has everything we needed. It is very clean, the kitchen is well supplied. Living room has really comfortable furnitures, including a big wide 65'' tv and electric fireplace. In the morning you sit comfortably on the bistro chairs of the front walkway, with a coffee and enjoy the sunrise...and in the end of your day at the beach, a good glass of wine to enjoy the sunset on the gulf side balcony. Overall the condo location is wonderful and so is the pool area. Thank you so much Sandra for setting up your place so welcoming for me and my family and make our vacation as one to remember. We will no doubt come back and make it a yearly project!!

Florida Winter Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants. Morning views of the sunrise and evening sunsets. Nice pool and hot tub, everything well maintained. All the guests and staff were very friendly. We loved it !!

View was terrific, condo was very outdated, dirty, and in need of alot of work.
From the first day there were ants around the kitchen sink and on the counter. Owner said they were sugar ants and to put liquid dish soap around sink (still had ants our entire stay, gross). Right refrigerator door didn't open all the way. Coffee maker dirty and had water in reservoir, gross. Chairs on balcony had paint that stuck to my arms. Whirlpool tub in master bedroom was very outdated and very dirty including mold on the whirlpool tub fixtures along with a really bad caulking job, super gross. No pad on ironing board cover was taped to ironing board. Two spatulas were melted. Dishes, silverware and cookware dirty, gross.. Cookware had pieces of food cooked onto it. Storage door on balcony need replacement as did the bedroom door which was in bad shape. Chairs on the walkway, also referred to "balcony" were in bad shape and not usable. Cable TV was changed from analog to digital in October and TV in master bedroom did not have cable hooked up. Owner said they had not made a decision about the cable but they arranged to have it hooked up after we were there a week. TV in second bedroom was only for playing video games. Shower for guest bedroom totally outdated. Holding the mirror over the sink in pace was an egg carton. Kitchen faucet needed to be in the cold water position in order to completely turn off. According to the cleaning lady it has been like that for awhile. There was crud where the after market bidet was connected to the toilet in both bathrooms, very gross! Entire condo needed serious repairs and a good paint job. If I were to rate this place for cleanliness I would rate it a 0 on a scale from 1-10 with 1 being the worst. The views I would rate a 10. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I also have serious doubts about VRBO and the listings they sponsor or advertise, are they all in disgusting shape? I will never use VRBO again nor will I recommend VRBO to anyone. I have pictures of all the items mentioned above if anyone is interested. Also, I don't expect this review to go very far and seriously doubt it will be available for prospective renters.

Beachfront Oasis at Landmark Towers
The pictures of this property do not do it justice . The property is maintained to a very high standard and everything is provided that you could need .Sandra and her family provide a personal approach and make you feel very welcome to stay in their home . The views over the Gulf Of Mexico are priceless .

Perfect vacation!
Location, location, location! 16th floor and oceanfront with awesome views of the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. We just stayed in this condo in August. The furniture, bedding etc. were updated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook. I don't, so there are some really good restaurants across the street. Plenty of fluffy bath towels as well as beach towels. The owners have also provided beach chairs, umbrellas etc, and a cart. The beach was not crowded, water was crystal clear most days and there were so many shells. The pool and hot tub are nice if you don't like to stay at the beach. I stayed one week by myself and felt completely safe. If you are looking for a rental on Sand Key this is a great one. We would absolutely stay here again and owners were very easy to work with.

Wonderful place
Sandra was wonderful to work with and very patient as we were trying to figure out dates our family could come! The condo is conveniently located to the Shoppes of Sand Key, the trolly stop (which the kids loved), Clearwater Beach and restaurants, and a quick drive over the Belleair Causeway to Publix for groceries. It has a very nice pool and hot tub, and close walk to the beach. The condo is very well kept and the furniture is extremely comfortable! Great condo for kids and family with wonderful views. Thank you Sandra for being so responsive. We enjoyed staying in your second home, it was lovely, such a nice area that we have been coming to for years.

Amazing beachfront location!
Sand Key is an idyllic beachfront community! Thank you Sandra for your hospitality for two months in this wonderful spot! The condo is conveniently located to the Shoppes of Sand Key, the trolly stop, Clearwater Beach and restaurants, and an easy drive over the Belleair Causeway for groceries and additional shopping and dining. The condo includes a wonderful bistro table and chairs on the front walkway for coffee in the morning and the sunrise, as well as very comfortable furniture on the gulf side balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Everything from cooking utensils and pots and pans, linens and towels, and tons of beach accessories are provided! The condo is very clean and well cared for and the furniture is extremely comfortable! The pool area is beautiful and the beach is amazing! Serenity in Sand Key
We traveled to Sand Key in Jun 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were not familiar with the Clearwater area but were looking for a property to be close to the beach. This condo was perfect! Sandra had all the things you could want (chairs, towels, bogie boards) for a beach visit. The Sand Key Beach was a 5 min walk away and was never too crowded to enjoy some peace and quiet. We also used the pool which was always the right temp whether early morning or late afternoon. It was also the cleanest pool I have ever been in! The tennis courts were in tip-top shape, but we weren't energetic enough to use them. We toured the area by rental car but the Jolly Trolley stops right outside the condo complex if you would rather be driven. There are some interesting places to visit like John's Pass, Tarpon Springs, and Caladesi Island State Park if you have the time/desire. The condo itself was very comfortable. The large leather sofa had plenty of room to relax. The huge flat screen had tons of cable channels which kept us more than entertained. There were also several board games and drawing paper/crayons/markers for non-electronic fun. We slept wonderfully on the king bed and our 11 yr old enjoyed the second bedroom. The kitchen was well-supplied and we prepared several meals. Understandably, there aren't any spices beyond salt/pepper. If you have some favorite dry flavorings, you might want to bring a small amount for your needs. The Publix grocery store is about 15-20 min away and you will need a car to get to it (there is a strip mall across the street with a mini-mart grocery store but we didn't use it to give any feedback). The bathrooms were very compact but functional. If you have more than 4 adults/older children, it could be challenging managing the bathroom use. One of the best perks of the condo was the patio that overlooked the Sand Key Beach. We never got tired of the view! Sandra was prompt and straightforward in making our arrangements. She made sure our questions were answered and made the rental process very easy. If you are looking to be near the action of Clearwater but still want some serenity, this condo is a perfect choice!

Gorgeous Views!
We stayed at this beautiful condo for the month of May to celebrate my husbands retirement. The view is gorgeous and the location can't be beat. It is directly across the street from the Shoppes at Sand Key where we found some great deals for breakfast and lunch and also enjoyed a dinner or two overlooking the bay. There are also stores, an ice cream shop, donut shop and a small convenience store. The condo is fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed although we will have to admit we ate out most of the time (our only negative was there was no dining room table but the bar had 5 stools). We really appreciated the beach buggy that carried our umbrella, beach towels, cooler and chairs (all provided) we just loaded it up and away we went down to the beach. We were there over the Memorial Day weekend and the beach was packed except right in front of the condo where we had plenty of room. The living room sofa offered plenty of seating and was extremely comfortable and reclined! Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony where we spent many hours watching the sunset, the people on the beach, and all the boat traffic including the Pirate ship, Sea Thriller and parasailing. The Jolley Trolley stops across the street and beats looking for parking in Clearwater Beach anyday. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.

Trust the detailed description found on this VRBO site. To be honest, Sandra under promises and the unit itself, over delivers. With 2 under 3YOY and a total of three adults, this unit is capable and comfortable handling and entertaining. From the well appointed kitchen and living space, to the very comfortable beds and bedding...nothing is overlooked. Some additional highlights; -high quality air mattresses for little people or extra travelers -HD TV, NetFlix and Wifi for any quiet days or rainy periods -Blocks to downtown Clearwater -Steps to the pool (very comfortable!) and beach - All beach appliances and umbrellas are also available -Cooking equipment, pots and pans etc...all above average Overall, we'd rent again!

LOOK NO MORE!!!!
This was our first experience with renting a condo for a month sight unseen and did we make the right choice when we decided on this one!!! From the minute we reached the front door we were so excited when we saw the view, and it got even better with the awesome view of the gulf from the living room, bedroom and balcony.The condo felt like home immediately!!! The most comfortable living room furniture and king size bed ever. The condo has everything you will need for your whole vacation. Everyone one we meant were very friendly and welcoming. The security was very good and the area is beautiful !!! Know the saying location location location, well they must of been talking about here. Trolley right outside the condo will take you right down to Clearwater Beach with all the shopping restaurants and bars that you could ask for!!! We even rode our bikes there it is that close. And don't forget you could always call the free taxi service like we did , All you have to pay is their tip,and they run as late as 3am. My last comment is that it was a pleasure to work with such a honest and thoughtful owner. We plan on returning every year for as long as possible.

Great Views
A nice place to get away and relax! You can sit on your balcony and watch the dolphins play. The sunsets were amazing. The accommodations were clean and included everything you'd need for your stay. The outside area was well maintained and the pool and hot tub were very clean. Well worth a visit.

Haven away from home
We stayed at this beautiful condominium for the month of January 2014. This condo is tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained by the owners. The kitchen is well appointed and not cluttered. The living room is an inviting area to relax and gather. the highlight of the living room is the beautiful white comfortable couches. Views are incomparable. You can see the intercoastal waterway from the kitchen window, and watch the beautiful sunset over the ocean from the living room. We will definitely be returning to this idyllic vacation haven away from home.

We currently reside in New Jersey and first visited Clearwater Beach back in 1996, when we quickly fell in love. We knew one day we would love to have a second home here. Finally, in 2012, our dream to own a second home here came true. We come down several times a year with our own children and have created many wonderful memories. Why they chose this property

We chose this specific property along the Gulf because of the double views! Many of the other buildings you'll notice only have views on one side of the condo. This building was one of the few with a double view while standing in the condo- the Gulf and Intracoastal. In addition, we loved the convenience of the restaurants and shops right across the street from our building.

What makes this property unique

We chose this specific condo for the amazing views within the entire condo. No matter where you stand, you see water. We also loved the advantage of being a quick ride to downtown Clearwater beach where all the action is, but we could easily retreat back to our serene place when we were ready. Additionally, having the Sand Key Shoppes right across the street is a big plus!
