About the host
Hosted by Carol Austin

We purchased this home because we wanted to preserve its historical significance to the area. We love renovating and want to share this particular home with others as it is so interesting.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very nice, centrally located and there are other beautiful homes on the street to see if strolling about.
What makes this property unique
The historical nature and architecture of this home makes it very unique. Built in 1902, we are only the fourth owner as it has been in the malt company family for over almost a century.
