Modern Mountain Retreat - Private Hot Tub with Views

The Aspens Town Homes at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort are nestled in a quiet area a short walk above the main gondola plaza at an altitude of 4,200 ft.

This luxury mountain home is appointed with quality solid wood furniture, leather sofas and wooden flooring throughout. A private Hot Tub sits on the large deck providing memorable views of the Columbia valley and surrounding mountains.

A propane barbeque, deck table and chairs are available for al fresco dining and entertaining during the long summer days.

A full kitchen with stylish modern appliances enables proper meals to be enjoyed at the six seat dining table. A 20 min drive into town offers additional options at the many excellent independent owner operated restaurants. During summer season, a 20 minute gondola ride to the Eagle's Eye restaurant provides critically acclaimed lunchtime dining in an unforgettable setting at 7,600 ft.

A large flat screen TV and DVD player is provided in the main lounge area with two smaller screens in each of the two bedrooms. Cable is provided in the lounge and both bedrooms. The master and guest bedroom are similar in size and each feature one queen sized bed. Secure wireless internet is provided.

Comfortable Ski in/out

We were a family of four and stayed for 3 nights. The rental is a perfect size and has everything you would need to be comfortable. In particular the large west facing patio was a great spot to enjoy after skiing beers and a hot tub in the setting sun.

Nice location in the mountains

Could use updated furniture, apparently I didnt realize no a/c so hubby was disappointed in that. It turned out to be a cooler than we thought week so it was ok. Not that it is a negative but need to realize it is a 15-20 minute trip to town . We had a good time

Ski Lodge

Amazing place for up to 4 people. If you are looking for a ski-in, ski-out spot, this is as good as it gets. The hot tub was an amazing luxury and with a well stocked kitchen, we made one trip into town to get groceries and spent the rest of our time on the mountain.

Great Hosts + Location

We stayed here for 3 nights while riding at Kickinghorse. The location is perfect as it is a true ski in ski out. The condo was as advertised and very clean and tidy. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and checking in/out was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Great ski vacay

Really enjoyed the two day skiing at Kicking Horse. Access to the hill was great and the accommodation was as described. The hot tub was perfect for those sore muscles after a long day skiing. We did not use the indoor parking as it looked tight with our roof top carrier. We hope to be back. Thanks!

Great place, great location

Very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay! Close to the resort, with only a short walk to be able to ski down to the gondola. The private hot tub was nice apres-ski. We would definitely come back!

Great Mountain Property

This was a very nice on hill condo. Access to the hill is fantastic. Although I would t call it ski in/out it is definitely right next to the hill. The building was quiet and the unit was well stocked with household items. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying up at kicking horse.

Ski get away

This was a fantastic location for our ski trip to Kicking horse mountain resort. The place was clean and cozy with a fantastic hot tub. The parking space is very tight and a bit of a nightmare to get into so we ended up parking outside instead. And there was a bit of an issue getting our tv working. But, the owner Steve was great at helping us sort that out as well. We completely enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Christmas ski trip

Our family of four had a great time in this Kicking Horse spot over Christmas. The condo was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the quick access to the ski hill - we could ski to the door of the condo and it was an easy walk to the lifts. The condo had everything we needed for a good stay. We parked our car and didn't use it again until we departed!

Mountain retreat

This place was wonderful and clean. If you love to ski you are literally steps away. You do have neighbors though on every side so if you are wanting a more private area this may not be for you. The place was well equiped with everything you need. The hot tub was wonderful in the evening after a long day of hiking. The town of Golden which is a few miles away is quaint and a neat thing to see with restaurants and groceries and anything you would need.

Everything was amazing.

Property was clean and easy to access. Enjoyed the mountain views from the hot tub. Short walk to Kicking Horse resort with coffee shop, food, and shopping. The patio furniture is not in the best shape and would have been nice to sit out on the deck and have dinner.
