The luxurious interior of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1158 square foot unit includes top of the line kitchen with a Wolf glass cook top and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets.

Three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine stone surrounds, soaking tubs and two showers. There are two master suites a King bed in one master suite, and a Queen bed in the second master suite, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to easily accommodate 6 people. G302 includes three flat panel wall mounted televisions, central air conditioning, elevator access, and interior full size stackable washer and dryer.

The main attraction at Waipouli Beach Resort is the family-friendly two-acre fantasy pool and garden, three sand-bottom jetted spas and two waterslides! The resort offers Spa by the Sea, a full service salon, its own award-winning Oasis on the Beach Restaurant, and a fully-appointed ocean-view fitness center. Resort amenities include a business center and complimentary high speed WiFi. Spa by the Sea is available on-site to Enrich Your Body and Soul.

The Condo is ideally located on the East Coast with easy access to the North Beaches and South Beaches and right across the street from a Starbucks! Papaya’s Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, Gourmet Ice Cream, Long’s Drug Store, and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and eateries.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions ideal for running or early sunrise strolls. A world famous golf course is a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore and golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Convenient Location

Nice lanai with a no direct sunlight morning and evening. Makes it a great added space to the condo at all times of day. It was very clean and spacious for a family of six. Teenage kids both said the pull out couch was very comfortable.

Kauai Paradise

The condo was beautiful. The view from each room to the ocean was breathtaking. There was plenty of space for my crew of 6. The pool area was enjoyed by all. Loved every minute of our time at the condo. Seeing the monk seal sleeping on the beach was an added bonus.

Respite in Paradise

I took my son’s son his family and had never been there before. Our lodging was so clean and perfect. Any question I had was answered immediately. We could walk to the grocery store. We just loved every minute there. But, Candace and her team made it so much better…

Perfect Location - Ocean View is SPECTACULAR!!

We enjoyed a perfect family vacation in a condo that had all amenities needed and was very clean. We appreciated access to beach chairs and cooler for our beach time. We dined at the restaurant on property, Oasis, which was delicious. We loved using the BBQ’s on property for cook outs. So easy to pick up food at Safeway across the street. We enjoyed massages at the on-site spa while our husbands golfed. Communication with Candace and the team was easy and responsive. The condo is in a great location between Princeville and Poipu…easy day trips. The ocean view was a highlight along with the beautiful property grounds. We will be back!

Beautiful condo -

We had an amazing time on our Kauai vacation. The condo is beautiful with the most spectacular view of the ocean. The condo is furnished beautifully and oh so comfortable for a family. Our children were obsessed with the pool and water slides. The beachfront Oasis restaurant was wonderfu!! Especially for happy hour with live music !! Hope to return. . Great view with easy check-in/check-out

The best part about the stay, aside from the wonderful view of the ocean, was how easy it was to check-in and check-out. Go directly to the room. There is a keyless lock with a number pad. No key is ever needed, so no worries about losing a key at the beach or pool! The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms are generous in size. We would definitely go back.

Great Location

The Waipouli Beach Resort is an awesome spot. It’s central location allows easy travel to both north and south sides of the island. And the pool makes for a great home base to swim and chill with all ages.

Amazing property

We enjoyed this property. U could see and hear the ocean from every room of this property. Grocery and Starbucks right across the street. The restaurant on site was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!! Just steps out to the sand to watch the sunrise and sunset! Pool was great as well. I can’t say enough things about this property. Exactly as described!!

We had a great stay at this location. We had a small minor issue when we first arrived but they were very prompt on helping us solve the problem. Views were incredible, pool was amazing. We will be coming back to this location in the future!

Little piece of paradise

Pretty views off the balconies, well kept property, everything you need in the kitchen and a grocery store right across the street. Great location to get to both north and south side activities. Saw a couple whales way off in the distance here but got a much closer look via Kauai sea adventures. The concierge service was great to have available. Shave ice across the street next to Starbucks was also great. Sunrises were gorgeous right from the balcony and even better with the short walk to the beach. Grounds are well kept. Property was clean and comfortable. Pool was a plus. Even though the property was full it was pleasantly quiet and the perfect place to relax. We would love to come back again.

We had a great time and everything was as advertised. Only problem was the elevator did not work on day of departure so had to haul luggage down the 3 flights. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Family event in Kauai

We had a fabulous time at this property. It's a lovely condo with an amazing view. Being in the middle of the coconut coast, it was easy to get to both the north and south sides of the island. Quick and easy to get to and from the airport as well. There is a Safeway supermarket right across the street from the complex which is really convenient for stocking and restocking supplies. However, bring a coat with you as the market sets their temp at about 65 degrees. We ate at the onsite restaurant a couple times and went to the bar for drinks as well. The food was amazing and the drinks were the best we had on the island. A little pricey, but worth it. All in all it was a 5 star experience and we were glad and lucky we found this gem of a place.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view and hear the waves 24/7. AC doesn't feel as strong due to the sun bears down on condo during day facing the ocean. Didn't bother us as we were out and about and closed the curtains when we weren't home. Great kitchen, 3 bathrooms, property grounds are great. We want to stay here again!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT

Our unit was incredible. The view was so good we almost didn’t want to leave. The two bedroom suites were great. It was such a pleasure sleeping with the window open, hearing the ocean, and feeling the breeze. Nothing like waking up to the sunrise in the window. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the restaurant at the resort was only open for dinner. Make sure to go to Happy Hour on Wednesday for a great ukulele player.

Condo/pool area

Our washer did not work but our contacts with the property were very helpful in getting us access to another unit to use that washer. The staff at the pool, especially at the towel station, were extremely rude. I would make a point to smile, say good morning and thank you but were only greeted with rudeness and no eye contact.
