Please be mindful of electricity usage during your stay. Please remember to turn off air conditioning units when you are not at the property, as electricity is extremely expensive in the Punta Cana area. To avoid charges to your card, we ask that you only use the air conditioning while you are inside the apartment.

Passport photos will be requested prior to arrival, it is mandatory to send a photo of your ID to allow access to the condo.
No visitors are allowed unless declared in the reservation.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Guests agree to all Airbnb terms and must have a valid phone number.
Occupancy limit: 4; exceeding this will result in eviction.
$10 fee per guest per night after 2 guests.
Damaged/stained towels or sheets: $30 each.
Social areas are open from 8:00 to 22:00; loud music is not allowed.
Undeclared guest fee: US$20 per guest per night.
Local residents must contact host before booking.
Illegal drugs and hookah use are strictly prohibited. Speakers are prohibited in the apartment and common areas.
Smoking fee: USD $500.
Additional cleaning fees will apply for excessively dirty accommodations.
Late check-out: US$50 after 30 minutes, full day charge after 2 hours.
If during your stay, you have any complaints, this allows us to enter the property to resolve the issues.
