Difficult
Poor communication initially with the apartment administrators. I had to contact HomeAway on my mobile phone before we travelled (international call from England) to confirm the booking was 'real' and not a scam. Email communication with apartment administrator very poor.
Whilst waiting for our hold luggage at Kuala Lumpur airport I rang the number provided on the website to be told I needed to ring another number. Imagine trying to find a pen and paper whilst you are jet-lagged and grabbing your suitcases off the carousel at the same time? !
Could be a lot batter and clearer. It's all a bit slap-dash.
When we arrived at the apartment the young lady who assisted us was very pleasant. Not her fault at all as she is an employee of the owners. Fairly nice apartment. Blocked bathroom sink, leaking air conditioning unit (dripping water onto the wooden floor), blocked shower drain. Walls could do with painting. Ok for the price though.
