This 300 sq/ft Wabi Sabi-inspired cottage is thoughtfully designed to create a serene atmosphere, nestled in the forest beside a spring-fed creek. Just 15 minutes from Asheville, this is the perfect spot to reconnect with nature and find inner peace. Built with the environment in mind, each cottage features natural materials throughout and is maintained using only organic cleaning solutions, ensuring a truly eco-friendly stay.

We chose not to install a TV, because we felt it may distract from the natural beauty and simplicity of the environment. So we recommend that you bring a laptop/tablet if you like.. The WIFI works great.

Please note: the property is located along an ascending gravel road (can be a little bumpy in sections) , nestled in the forest. There are two cottage rentals on-site, and our private home is a short distance up the road. The area is peaceful and quiet, with very safe neighbors, and little to no traffic near the homes; ensuring a private and relaxing environment.

We’d also like to mention that a portion of the wooded area on the way up to the rentals was impacted by Hurricane Helene. Please excuse any fallen trees you may notice on your way up the road. That said, the rentals themselves are surrounded by a healthy poplar forest that was not affected, offering a tranquil, untouched natural setting for your stay.
