Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Amazing house in Isle of Palms
This house was perfect for all in our family - we ranged in age from 2-85 years! It was comfortable, the small pool was perfect, the location is stunning, beach access was easy. We hope to come back next year!

Great house but air conditioning problems
The location was good for the beach but had to drive to restaurants. If you want to order takeout do early a lot of the restaurants wouldn’t accept take out orders later. The living area of the house was more spacious then the online listing showed which was good with 3 kids. There was an air conditioning problem thru the house. Very cold in the day & warm at nite. None in master BR & no fan remote so always on high. A service came to fix but couldn’t fix the problems. Had to get parts but no follow up. Otherwise the house had everything we needed for our family.

Recommend this house. Very spacious. Was nice to have 2 bedrooms with king beds and bathrooms. Good location. Bummer you don’t get access to the Great Dunes large pool but it’s not advertised that way so it wasn’t surprising .

This was a perfect girls weekend - Charleston is fantastic and the beach was so close and surprisingly quiet! It was like our own beach! Couldn't have been nicer! Relax and book this place!

What a GREAT home
We loved this house so much! It was perfectly located for our family. Having the first floor bedrooms was a benefit for older family members. The property manager was VERY helpful and did a great job communicating with me throughout the week. We will definitely be booking again!

Great Family Vacation
We loved our stay in Isle of Palms. It was the perfect space four our family of 6 plus a nanny. The master and three bedrooms were on one side of the house and the 5th bedroom was another suite above the garage-which was perfect for nanny. The house was clean, stocked with all the kitchen appliances we would need and quiet in the evening. The screened in porch was well used in the summer and was a nice feature to have. I can not comment on the small pool as we did not use this during our stay. We would stay again!

Great space for large family!
Beautiful beach decor. Comfortable bedding. Well appointed kitchen with separate coffee and wet bar area. Appreciated having 4 baths with showers. Loved the pool! Bonus to have it heated! One problem was one of the bedrooms was not getting air conditioning. Beachside management brought a portable unit that solved the issue. Response was great. Suggestion: air vents looked dusty, might have been the cause for the air conditioning problem. Would definitely return and recommend!

Wonderful Property!!
We had a wonderful week!! We had four families staying in this property (8 adults and five small children - 1,2,3,5,8). There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was beautiful and very clean upon our arrival. Everything we needed was provided. It was a short walk to the beach which was wonderful with the little ones. The guys enjoyed playing golf at the Wild Dunes Golf Course. Although we didn’t use it much, the pool was nice when we couldn’t go to the beach. We enjoyed quite a few restaurants and activities between Isle of Palms and Charleston and everything was within a decent drive. We would definitely stay here again or in another property with Beachside Vacations. Everyone I talked to before, during and after our trip was very helpful and so nice. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere and we would like to thank you all for making our vacation perfect!

Fantastic stay.
The property was in perfect shape, and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed breakfasts out at the harrbor or other small (but sometimes crowded) restaurants, enjoyed Wild Dunes golf (one time ending in a downpour), had a chef come in one evening to cook for our crowd, went out or stayed in, enjoyed the pool at the house, watched films on the big TV screen, loved the kitchen and bar and screened porch, and got at kick from the fun colors and art in the house.

Beautiful home
My family truly loved this home. It was spacious with beautiful colors and decor. The home was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have stayed at. Normally we spend some time on arrival day cleaning, which was nice to spend that time enjoying the home and beach. We experienced a problem with debri in pool upon arrival, which was resolved immediately with the rental company. I especially loved the extra pantry area to keep food and paper products and the wine frig to keep extra drinks to cool for the beach. I would recommend driving to drop off canopies and heavy items at beach as it is not an easy walk with large items. Also, no DVD and television is Samsung smart tv. I would recommend to bring a device that could work with television on rainy days (iPhones did not work but grandchild's kindle did work with tv). The sports card was limited as we had to pay $15 per person per day to use fitness center and could not use lap pool until 10 (use to swimming laps early am) and we were on beach by 10. Short drive to Charlestown for historic sight seeing, outlet malls, aquarium and nice dinner options. I would absolutely recommend this vacation rental to others. Great rental and perfect layout for our family
This was our first time renting a home in a Wild Dunes, and we could not have asked for any better experience. Having two masters worked out great for our family. My family(my husband and I, two teenagers, and two preteens) stayed downstairs and the upstairs bedroom and bath worked out perfect for my parents. It gave them a place to escape if we were not ready for bed when they were. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything for we chose to cook most all of our meals. We were surprised and how comfortable the mattresses were and their high quality. We highly recommend this home and look forward to visiting again soon! Thanks!

Extremely satisfying stay!
Property was wonderful. Very nicely decorated, and comfortable. Amenities were very generous. Enjoyed the wave pool and my grandson enjoyed the swings. Could not have asked for a nicer place for a beach vacation. Wish we had been able to stay longer because there was so much more that we did not have time to do. Our first beach stay in SC and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the beach area. Extremely satisfying stay!

Location, location, location!
Really had a hard time leaving this place at the end of my stay! The house itself is bright, open, comfortable, classy and beautifully renovated. The pool at the house is a perfect place for relaxing any time of day. The beach is accross the street, so easy to get there with your chairs and cooler. I especially loved going there first thing in the morning with my cup of coffee, looking for those magical sand dollars along the waters edge. We loved strolling through Charleston, Boone Hall Plantation, Sullivan's Island Farmers Market, watching the fishing boats come in to Shem Creek, and an easy day trip down to Savannah. We had great meals both at the house and out on the town. Highly recommend the Seared Wild Salmon and Short Ribs from The Refuge Restaurant. For a cheap and yummy breakfast, ride your bike over to the Isle of Palms Marina Market for the Breakfast Bowl- eggs, sausage, cheese on grits! Only $5! So many reasons why we will be back again. Great things to do, eat and drink. This house makes for a great base for family gatherings, or for just a quiet relaxing getaway.

Ooh la la! Beachy Luxury on the Isle of Palms.
I and two girlfriends were the first guests since the renovation. What a pleasure it was to be in this completely redesigned house. Finishes and appliances are top-notch. The whole house is so bright and sunny and is just a short walk from/to the beautiful Isle of Palms beach. The FROG - finished room over the garage - is secluded and very private with it's own bathroom - an excellent choice for a light sleeper. I used the Sonos system and could easily dial up some tunes on the speaker system. We used the gas stove and the coffee-maker, the washer and dryer, the treadmill pool (Nifty!) and were pleased with lovely 12 Abalone Alley. The manager was responsive and easy to work with. I'll be back! The street has large trees for a beautiful southern feeling to the location. Our weather was perfect in February. Access to the Grand Pavillion and resort amenities are a real bonus. In season there is live music at night on the boardwalk. The resort offers tennis, cycling, etc. Lots of family fun. We loved the Obstinate Daughter restaurant on Sullivan's Island and Stella's greek restaurant downtown. It's hard to go wrong in the Charleston area. Next time I'll stay longer.
