Condo Riviera Maya features tasteful and relaxing furnishings much of which was locally made. Doors and cabinets are all handmade from tropical hardwoods by carpenters from Playa Del Carmen. The central living area is comprised of the kitchen, living room and dining room all sharing an open and inviting common space perfect for entertaining and sharing time together with your family and guests.

Additionally this living space opens completely onto your own 28 foot wide private terrace which overlooks Natz Ti Ha’s beautiful, oval shaped, hand tiled swimming pool. Stepping out onto your terrace you will hear the sounds of running water from the variety of streams and waterfalls located throughout the common areas of Natz Ti Ha. An abundance of lush tropical foliage including large, fruit bearing banana plants, coconut trees and giant Royal Palms are also visible from you terrace. A Mayan hammock is also thoughtfully provided and offers the perfect excuse for a quiet afternoon on your terrace for some reading, enjoying a snack and beverage and of course, a shady siesta.

Back inside you will find a flat screen SMART TV in the living room with SKY High Definition Satellite TV where you can watch many of your favorite programs or login to your personal Netflix account if you desire. As an added bonus you will find an additional flat screen TV also with SKY TV in the master bedroom.

For your personal comfort, every room in Condo Riviera Maya has a ceiling fan and the entire residence is cooled by central air conditioning.

For your peace of mind 2 wall safes are also provided to protect your valuables. A washer and dryer are both included for your convenience and maid service is available as an option during your stay.
