About this property

The house is semi-independent (5 beds + 1 camping cot for small children) inside a residence surrounded by greenery.
Torre delle Stelle is about 15 km from Villasimius, a renowned tourist resort in Sardinia and about 30 km from the beautiful city of Cagliari.
Inside the residence there are 2 white sandy beaches: one is about 700 meters away from the house and the other about 900 meters.
At 200 meters from the house there is a playground and sports fields (tennis, soccer, bowls etc ..).

In the village there are services such as tobacco bars, newsagents, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias (200 meters from the house).

The house is tastefully furnished and consists of 2 bedrooms with large living room 2 sofas, a kitchenette, a bathroom, has a large garden with a green lawn of about 130 m² with veranda to enjoy lunches and dinners with friends in complete relaxation, has an outdoor stone shower convenient for returning from the sea, a large barbecue, a water reserve, a washing machine, satellite TV, a SKY decoder, air conditioning, mosquito nets in all windows, a safe for storing items of value and go to the beach in complete tranquility, in short, every comfort.
The linen as sheets and towels is supplied included in the price.

Horseback riding: only 2 km in loc. Kal'e Moru horseback riding.
Golf: the nearest golf course is located at the Tanca Village Resort, Villasimius.

Diving: present inside Torre delle Stelle.

Excursions to the sea: Villasimius, every day various excursions by boat (with the possibility of lunch on board) and sailing.

Super Ferienwohnung

Massimiliano ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Die Anfahrt wurde mit einem Video beschrieben und die Übergabe war sehr gut organisiert. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung mit genügend Platz für 4 Personen, überdachter Terrasse und Garten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Es sind neue Fenster verbaut, die dafür sorgen das das Haus auch ohne Klima kühl bleibt. Vor der Wohnung ist eine der Zufahrtstraßen von Torre Delle Stelle. Das ist ertragbar, aber wir hatten noch das Pech eine Familie mit 2 oft schreienden Babys über uns und nebenan eine oft feiernde lautstarke Großfamilie zu haben. Aber drinnen hört man auf Grund der neuen Fenster nichts. Der Crai Markt ist 200m weg, 150m zum Obsthändlers und 150m zum nächsten Restaurant. Trotzdem, die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert! Nur wir suchen etwas anderes.

Wonderful house and wonderful place

We had 8 wonderful days in a house that met all our needs. 2 beautiful beaches with almost no tourists and a nice large terrace and garden. In addition, a really helpful host who quickly answered our questions

Das erste Mal auf Sardinien

Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, 3 Zimmer im Erdgeschoß mit separatem Eingang. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Moskitonetze auch vorhanden. Leider ist die Straße vorm Haus sehr staubig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Vielen Dank an den Hausbesitzer.

Molto bene

La casa si trova in una posizione in cui è facile raggiungere Cagliari o Villasimius. Ha un giardino spazioso in cui ci si può rilassare, prendere il sole e mangiare sotto la veranda ombrata. Comoda la doccia esterna per il rientro dalla spiaggia (la più vicina a 15 minuti a piedi). Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. In generale piacevole esperienza.

Si percepisce che l’abitazione, oltre ad essere dedicata all’affitto stagionale, venga utilizzata dal proprietario, che la cura in modo egregio. Non riesco a trovare un difetto e quindi per me è stata un’esperienza totalmente positiva.

Gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte

Doppelhaushälfte ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Eigentümer hat netterweise mehrfach bei uns nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Im Weiteren hat er uns gute Informationen für die Region zukommen lassen.

Perfect holidays

We had a really nice time in Massimiliano's house. The house is very well equipped and especially for kids - everything you need is there. The beach in Torre delle Stelle is beautiful and we very much recommend the local fish shop! Thank you!

alles tipp top :-)

Der Aufenthalt in der 3 Zimmerwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, obwohl sie sehr dunkel ist. Aber man ist ja eh die meiste Zeit draussen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und lieblich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit dem Eigentümer klappte gut und verlässlich. Supermercato in der Nähe! Wir würden wieder kommen. Einziger Nachteil war die ungeteerte Strasse vor dem Haus. Es gab reichlich Staub.

Maison agréable

Propreté et équipements : ok ( un grille pain et des chaises longues seraient un plus). Le lit "double" de la petite chambre n'est pas assez large pour accueillir deux adultes. Plage à 5-10 Minutes à pieds (autres plages : voiture). Tourisme : uniquement plage et Cagliari. Location idéale pour ceux qui font principalement de la plage ! Propriétaire très à l'écoute.

Sehr netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter, sehr gepflegte Einrichtung, alles funktioniert sehr gut

Wir habne uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt: Großzügige Zimmer, Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Gasherd, Nespresso-Maschine, WiFi, alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und top in Schuss. Einziges kleines Manko ist die staubige Strasse, aber die ist in Torre delle Stelle fast überall so. Der Strand in Torre ist naturbelassen, der Strabd Cala Giunco in Villasimius ist sehr gepflegt und super weiss, aber auch mehr touristisch. Sehr nett ist auch die kleine Bar am Strand, bei der man auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm sowie ggfs. ein Schlauchboot mit 40 PS AB mieten kann. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Haus des sehr, sehr netten Vermieters Massimo verbracht, der immer für Fragen erreichbar war. Wir kommen wieder!

Very nice house with a lot amenities

Very nice and clean House with aircondition, wifi, washing machine, a garden perfect for dogs and barbecuing. Everything works perfect. Close to the Beach (3 Minutes by car) and very short distance to a supermarket. We like to stress that the owner Massimiliano is a very nice person and reacts always promptly. We will come back again!

Sehr schöne zwei Wochen

Wie hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Massimiliano war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte bei kleinen Problemen sofort helfen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Una splendida vacanza

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e ben ubicato, con due belle spiagge a a neanche 1km di distanza, servizi vari nelle vicinanze (ristorante, farmacia, piccolo supermercato) e possibilità di accedere in neanche un minuto sulla strada principale che porta verso Cagliari o Villasimius. Splendida accoglienza e grande disponibilità da parte dei proprietari per ascolto e risoluzione di qualsiasi domanda o difficoltà legata al soggiorno. Veramente delle splendide vacanze!

Casa vacanza Torre delle Stelle

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 5 al 19 giugno , ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa che corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Arredata con gusto offre tutti i confort necessari, l'aria condizionata e il servizio internet WI-FI. Il giardino è molto spazioso e curato, attrezzato con la doccia esterna e il barbecue. La casa ben pulita e funzionale. eravamo 4 adulti 1 neonato e 1 cagnolino e tutti abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno di 2 settimane.

Sehr erholsam

Unsere Familie (55 bis 13 Jahre) hat einen wunderbaren Pfingsturlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit mancher praktischen Überraschung. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und hat uns seinen WhatsApp Kontakt zur Verfügung gestellt. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (z.B. Cagliari und Costa Rei). Der Ort ist sehr schön, gewachsen und kein typischer Ferienort. Viele Bäume und ein schöner Strand; ein kleiner Supermarkt. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Super erholsam

Unsere Familie (55,50, 15 und 13 Jahre) habe unsere Pfingstferien in der Wohnung verbracht. Super erholsam! Gut und sehr ruhig geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet (und vermutlich auch im Sommer durch die Bauweise & Klimaanlage noch angenehm) mit einigen sehr schönen und durchdachten Überraschungen. Massimo hat uns seine Whatsapp Adr zur Verfügung gestellt und war bei Fragen oder Problemen (Tochter war kurzfristig auf der Fähre erkrankt) sofort und in gutem Englisch bereit, uns zu helfen. Tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Der Ort selber ist wunderschön und langsam gewachsen; kein typischer deutscher Touriort. Mit vielen Bäumen und einem schönen Strand. Vielen Dank Massimo :-)
