Welcome to The Loft! First floor, end unit. One bldg. back from Ocean Front! A stones throw, 50 feet, to the dune access! Large, shaded, front porch.

This unit takes me back to my child hood summer vacations. These were the types of units my parents would rent. Lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bath condo in quiet, North Ocean City, MD. We love this unit and worked hard to bring her up to date while still maintaining her old charm. New for 2024, HVAC, windows, & decor.

We pride ourselves on our nicely furnished, clean units.

Perfect spot!

We had an amazing three day vacation. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Location is right next to the beach and near many restaurants. Highly recommended

Great location

Couldn't ask for a better location and the setup worked well for our family of 5. I was happy to find a full size high chair instead of a booster and it was great not having to bring a pack n play. Bathroom sink is very high so I'd recommend bringing a stool if traveling with any kids under 4'. There were some ants as expected in a beach rental, but there are traps for them and an extra table in the kitchen so you don't have to store your food on the counter or floor. Overall, not a big deal. Owner was helpful when I reached out ahead of time and when we arrived. Parking was never an issue. Loved having a washer and dryer. Kids were asking to stay longer and when we could go back before we left the island! Thanks for a great vacation! Hopefully we can rent again!

Great stay!

We had such an amazing time this weekend. We had a couple rainy days but there was still so much to do! We walked a lot and drove to the boardwalk a couple tc BBCimes. The place was perfect for my kids. We even tried to stay longer!

Adorable beach getaway!

Super convenient location with short walk to the beach. We appreciated the clean rooms, fully functional kitchen, and especially the in-unit washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and clean

My family and I stayed for a week, and the access to the beach was perfect. We were able to spend every day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and were able to walk to many places in the area. The residence was clean, comfortable and organized to permit space for all of us. We hope to stay there again!

Fantastic Rental!

We had such a great vacation, especially staying in this rental. We were able to cook many meals in the kitchen and my three kids loved that I could login to my Netflix account on the TV. The beds were comfortable and there was zero noise in this community. We loved sitting out on the porch looking at the stars at night while drinking some wine. I enjoyed breathing in the salty ocean breeze. And the beach is literally steps from the rental. Thank you so much for making our trip amazing! I will definitely refer my friends to you and would love to stay again in the future!

Very Clean, Newly Renovated, Nicely Decorated, Great Location

We LOVED this property and are already planning to come back! We have been coming to OC for years and for once I have no complaints! It was perfect for our family of 4 plus Grandparents. Our kiddos don't always sleep well in new places and any little noise wakes them so I was thrilled with having window unit AC's to drown out any noice...worked like a charm! This property was very clean and has all new appliances. There was a memory book that I forgot to sign! It had pictures of the property from before renovations...very cool! We were also very happy with the location. The beach entrance is close and you can see it from the balcony. We enjoyed walking to Fishers Popcorn, Kohrs Ice Cream, and Thunder Lagoon Water Park.

Great Spot!

My friends and I had a great time at this house. The location is literally steps from the beach. Although we had cloudy weather we found the living room and the front porch to be a great spot for relaxing. The owners are quick to respond to any needs. All three bedrooms are great size and they all have a window ac unit. The kitchen is nicely remodeled. We had no issues with grabbing a cab, bus or Uber for traveling to drinks and dinner. Bring some K cups for the coffee maker!

Great experience, will rent again!

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Loft, and are looking forward to renting again on our next OC trip. A lot of the condos in OC are very outdated and overpriced. This condo has a very nice new renovated kitchen and bathroom with rustic décor surrounding the place. It definitely makes you feel at home. Sharing one bathroom with six of us was never an issue. The vanity was plenty big for us ladies to get ready. The beach is incredibly close, and there is a bus stop nearby so we never even had to move our cars (ride all day for $3). Can't wait to come back!
