3 Acre Property Lake Front Apartment. We are 12 miles from Vermont, 22 miles from Saratoga, 40 miles from Albany, and 3.5 hours from New York City.

Apartment is ground floor and has one bedroom unit with full bathroom and private access. Gym/work room has murphy bed. Living room has updated sofas and recliners. Kitchen has all new appliances, including new stove/oven, Keurig coffee machine, and air fryer oven. You will be staying in your own private apartment that sits on Washington County-Lake Lauderdale Park.

Lakeside Retreat

This property has everything you could ask for. The apartment was very cozy and equipped with everything. John and his wife were pleasant . Being right on the lake was wonderful!

A lovely place if the weather is dry and beautiful. Very kind hosts. Sensitive sleepers need to be advised that footsteps from upstairs are fully audible.

Wonderful stay

This apartment is exactly what is described. The owners have thought of everything and it is immaculate. The bed was so comfortable and I also enjoyed relaxing in the recliners after a strenuous day. The kitchen is great and there’s coffee - very important to me. I had car trouble and the owner helped me out with a ride and even diagnosed my issue correctly. I will definitely book this again when I’m in the area. Too bad the weather wasn’t nice for kayaking.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay this lakefront home. We kayaked, grilled, and fished. The location was convenient for both exploring Vermont and the surrounding area. John was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the stay and will return.

Perfect!

This is our second time here. It has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway, and we immediately feel at home here. It is clean and comfortable indoors and everything is high quality. Outside is a big grassy, flat lawn down to the lake, and kayaks, a paddle boat, life jackets, grills, tables, chairs, a hammock, and more are provided. The host is friendly and generous, and the surrounding countryside is gorgeous!

Great way to relax!

Property was well maintained and in a beautiful location. Lots of day trip options near Cambridge NY. The Property owner, John is very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend for a small family.

Everything we needed

We had a great stay at John's property. It was set up very well and had everything we needed for a great week. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was great. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in this area.

Peaceful Place!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at John and Kikos. The property is in a great location at the quiet end of the lake. They were very accommodating while we had different visitors stop by. You can tell they take great pride in their home, and they were very easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described and has everything you need. The AC worked great for hot days. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for relaxation and quiet in a beautiful setting!

Relaxation

We had such an wonderful stay. We went away to have peace and relaxation from our normal hectic work schedule. We vrought our dog and had an amazing time. The host was wonderful and always available when he was needed. We will be definitely coming back during the summer months!

Great Location

If you want to disconnect for a bit, hike, kayak, or sightsee this is place. Description matches property. John is friendly & available for any questions about property or area. My friend & I stayed for a long weekend to hike in MA, VT, & NY. My friend brought her dog, no issues. There are covered bridges, waterfalls, hiking trails & more all reasonable driving distance in the area.

Summer getaway

The hosts were super friendly. The apartment had everything you need for cooking, grilling, board games. Chipmunks and songbirds came to the feeder outside the window. The lakefront access was quiet and perfect for swimming, kayaking or sitting by the fire. We enjoyed the park and beach on the other side of the lake. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with lots to explore.

Highly Recommended! Beautiful Property!

My sisters and I enjoyed our visit so much! John had kayaks and a paddle boat available for us to use. We LOVED peddling the boat around Lake Lauderdale! There was a firepit and wood available for a night time fire. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you to John and his wife for opening their beautiful home to us!
