The Space:
This spacious and thoughtfully designed home offers a variety of well-appointed living areas for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The king master suite serves as a luxurious retreat, complete with an ensuite bathroom that includes a large soaker tub for a soothing and indulgent experience.
The guest suite is equally inviting, featuring a comfortable queen bed and easy access to a full shared bath, perfect for guests who need their own private space. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing meals or entertaining, making it a great spot for hosting gatherings or enjoying quiet family dinners.
The open-concept dining, living, and office areas flow seamlessly into one another, providing ample room for both work and leisure activities. The large game and entertainment room is perfect for fun and relaxation, complete with a half bath for convenience. This area also includes a queen bed and a pullout sofa couch, offering additional sleeping space for extra guests.
Outside, the backyard offers a generous space with stunning views, perfect for enjoying the fresh air or entertaining. The private hot tub adds a luxurious touch, making it the perfect place to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property at 4 pm on the date of check in though 10 am on the date of check out. Access via keypad.
The Neighborhood:
Uptown Sedona. Sedona's downtown. Perfect location near trailheads, restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, bars and more!
Getting Around:
You can walk to a number of restaurants, trails and shops from the house. That being said, Sedona is spread out, so it's best to rent a car.
Also, it's great to use the Sedona Shuttle for free trail head transportation.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
