The Rising Tide - Executive Class Mini Villa

The Rising Tide is a new executive class "couples cottage" packed full of comforts and located on a 50+ acre property with a nature trail and spectacular beach. The unit has room for two adults and a child (age 8+)

Enjoy ocean views and stunning sunsets from the open concept living area and deck. Amenities include a fridge/ microwave/sink (for light meal prep) as well as WiFi, a smart TV, AC and an EV plug.

Note: There are 2 other mini villas nearby but none obstruct each others views.

The cottage has an open concept floorplan with a queen bed and pullout sofa which can accommodate a child (who must be 8 or older to stay). The unit cannot accommodate 3 adults.

Use of the nature trail and beach requires signing of our liability waiver.

This unit can comfortably accommodate two adults and a child (must be 8+ to stay). No more than two adults may stay at this property.

The unit features a queen sized bed. As the unit has an open-concept floorplan, there is no separate bedroom.

The property has a 240 Volt, 50 amp receptacle for high speed EV charging. Guests must bring their own charging cable and an adapter compatible with an RV outlet (as shown in picture in photo gallery). Charging fees apply at 25 cents per KWh.
1. HOUSE RULES include no pets, no parties, no smoking, no fires, no fireworks, no flying drones, no cooking fish or shellfish indoors, no ATVs , no children under 8, and quiet time from 9 pm.


2. USE OF THE NATURE TRAIL, THE BEACH AND COMMON AREA OF THE PROPERTY ARE AT GUEST OWN RISK. Guests agree to sign liability waiver at check in.

Great gateaway vacation home

Micheal and his brother were awesome hosto from start to finish. We enjoyed our afternoon drink on our terrasse overlooiking the pond/ocean and the wildlife. Waking up in the morning with a deer and its club at your doorstep! Perfect location and close to Inverness town where you can stroll on a magnificent beach and boardwalk We est le be back for sure

False advertising

Properly was beautiful but more of a wilderness cabin than a beach front villa. And the coyote notice was sent out 15 mins before arrival. Walk to beach was a 10 min walk through wilderness path the size of a ride on lawnmower. Will not be returning or recommending. Too much money for what you received!

Great view and clean, modern property

This property was new, clean and modern - very comfortable. The view of the water and forest was awesome. We were reasonably close to villages where we could get supplies and attend the many musical events of the Kitchenfest. Hosts were very attentive and conscientious. Highly recommended.
