This Centrally-located Phoenix guesthouse is full of vintage desert charm.
It's the perfect respite, just a 5-minute drive to downtown Phoenix but nestled in a calm and charming historic neighborhood.
You’ll be staying in the backyard guesthouse of our 1940s home and will have your own private entrance. Includes a kitchenette, 3/4 bath, queen Murphy bed, and small seating area.
The space is compact and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler or pair! An open studio room includes a queen Murphy bed that can be folded away as needed for extra space, plus a bistro table and chairs for eating, sharing a glass of wine or remote working.
A minimal kitchenette off the main room comes with just the basics - full sink, mini fridge, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans, kettle, hot plate. Also includes a Brita for filtered water.
The funky and moody bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath products, and plenty of towels.
The house was built in 1940, and its current state is a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. We hope you'll love the unique touches, like the exposed red brick wall, eclectic furnishings, and antique Arizona art.
Guests can come and go as they please using a shared gate to the backyard and private keypad entrance to the fully detached guesthouse.
We love Phoenix and are more than happy to share tips and suggestions for our favorite places to visit, dine, shop and drink!
