As Advertised

Overall great location and price. It is small though especially for 4 people as listed but it is do able. If you’re looking for more space for a family or full grown adults I would consider other options. But for our needs it’s as advertised and was on mountain.

Amazing apartment right next to the slopes

The "Purg Pad" was exactly as advertised. Just steps from the slopes, the owners of this apartment included all the essential conveniences we needed for our ski vacation. Though small (as pictured), everything we needed was efficiently included in the space. The futon and air mattress were comfortable and the kitchen included just what we needed for simple meals before and after skiing. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub and ordering pizza from "downstairs." Jackie was always very quick to respond to any questions. Best of all, the apartment is just steps from the lifts! We had a fabulous time for our first time ever skiing purgatory!.

My husband and I both grew up in Durango and absolutely love to call it home. Purgatory was our first home growing up and now we get to raise our children on the same mountain.

Why they chose this property

We love this condo because of its proximity to the base of Purg and the restaurants and shops. It is a cozy perfect spot to unwind after a beautiful day on the mountain.
