Coastal Ventura Charmer #2
Get a head start on booking this upcoming vacation rental, now in the final stages of being restored, craftsman cottage. A mirror image to our adjacent current vacation rental this other half of the duplex will be as nice, if not nicer. Completely renovated, bottom to top. To be equipped with new, state of the art appliances, full kitchen and beautiful tile shower and all new furnishings. Private yard, smaller than next door but with similar new patio furniture and a shed with similar bikes and toys. Photos shown are comparisons between phases of completion for Charmer #2, (now under construction) and our active vacation rental, Coastal Ventura Charmer #1 and how it looks. Updated photos will be added as more work completed. We will be offering a discount for the first three listings booked for #2 and a generous cancellation policy on this unit coming available beginning April 4th until all permanent photos are posted.
