Splash is located on the West end of Panama City Beach, convenient to the new PIER PARK, Panama City Beach's new premier center for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Enjoy a wide variety of restaurants there such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Guy Harvey's,Back Porch Seafood,and Reggae J's. See a movie at 16 Grand Theatre which has stadium seating, take a ride on the carousel or other Miracle Strip rides and indulge in shopping at Dillards, JC Penny, Ron Jon Surf shop or any of the other retail and specialty shops at Pier Park.

WE INCLUDE FREE BEACH SERVICE WITH ALL OF OUR RENTALS (MARCH 1ST THRU NOV 1ST!) THIS INCLUDES TWO CUSHIONED WOODEN LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA RESERVED FOR YOU ON THE BEACH FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. Just walk down a few stairs to the beach and everything is ready and waiting for you. This is an additional $30 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!

SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Parking is $35 per car for the duration of your stay.

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
Check-in: 4:00 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time.)

Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.

Room was clean and comfortable for our 3 night 4 day stay. Only complaint is that the king bed wasn’t very comfortable. Kids said other beds and pull out were great. Loved the washer/dryer in the room with kids!! Will definitely rebook

Checkin was a breeze. We arrived after registration was closed so we just went down the following morning with no issues to receive parking pass and wristbands. Elevators were pretty slow especially on Saturday when everyone was getting checked in and out. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling appropriately. Text the owner to make them aware and was told to unplug it and it was probably just frozen up. It did eventually cool better but not how I would have liked it to. Cleaning had been done but to a minimum, you could clearly tell no one has went under beds/dressers in quite some time but it’s not like people normally check there. I only do to make sure we didn’t possibly drop or leave anything at check out. Overall the condo was nice, great location and the water park area was great for the kids! Bonus that the room comes with beach chairs/umbrella! We would stay again for sure!

You can't beat splash esp. with double red flags. The pools are great even into the night. The condo itself has everything you need. We slept great and communication was excellent. We will def book again.

This was a great place for 2 people to stay. We enjoyed looking at the beach in the mornings & watching the sunset also. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy themselves.

Amazing Spring Break
We had an amazing stay at this condo and in PCB. It was our first time, and we loved it. We relocated to the South from California, and the kids miss their old home so much. A Florida trip took their minds off that! Although we couldn’t utilize the waterpark due to cold weather, the lazy river and heated pools were perfect. The beach chairs was everything I needed! I had just about everything I need in one spot. I would definitely return. Tip: bring your own shampoo and soap, dish soap and sponge, laundry detergent, and k-cups.

Prime location with an excellent view. It was perfect for my wife, 2 young kids, and myself. Property manager responded immediately when contacted. Only issue we had was the cleanliness. Floors were filthy and dust everywhere.

Overall the property was great. The owner was great to work with, allowed for an early checkin and was quick to answer any questions. The listing was as expected and clean. The only complaint is we wished the unit was better stocked with blankets, we ended up having to go buy a couple and we were unable to use the pull out couch it was extremely worn and uncomfortable. Other than that I would recommend to others and come back. The view was great!!

The condo was clean when we arrived and check in process was very simple. The pool and waterpark area was a huge hit with our children (ages 5 & 7). The view from the room was great & located right on the beach! The building is a few miles from Pier Park & other activities so we weren't really in walking distance to most restaurants (with small kids at least) and had to drive but I preferred this location as it was less traffic than further down the coast. There is a bar/grill in the building tho so that was great! Overall we had a great stay & would definitely stay here again as a family.

We had been looking to stay at Splash for awhile but could not find one that we just loved for the price we wanted to pay. Finally after searching we found this one and it was perfect. The only thing we had wish it had was a chair or two for living room seating. Our fault for not looking at it closer, but just one couch for a family. We had a minor issu with the sink and toilet but Josh had someone up fixing it with an hour. Very good communication! We highly recommend! This was our first time in PCB as a family and splash resort was great! The lazy river, pools, and water park were so convenient! We will be back!
