It's very convenient for a walk, bike, and public transportation (a few steps from bus stop, and four metro stations in less than a mile radius).
Strolling around the neighborhood, you'll find quite a few cafes, restaurants, parks, and playgrounds. The renowned Big Bear Cafe is right around the block (3-4 mins walk).
It's also conveniently located to head over the major downtown landmarks in any direction like the National Mall, Union Station, Gallery Place/China Town, CityCenterDC, Convention Center, Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, etc. The upcoming 25 acre McMillan project in the Reservoir District is also a stroll away.
