Waterfront Villa - dockage for 2 boats included in rental

Vacation Villa in Port Royale, comes with two slips that can accommodate boats to 35'. (No shore power on the docks). This relaxing, secluded getaway is on an unpaved road and far from the crowds of N. Bimini. Pristine beach is a short walk away.
Supplies are limited. Bring all the food, paper goods, water, sunscreen repellent etc that will be needed since there is only one tiny market on the island. The entire island experiences frequent power outages. This is out of our control. Internet can be intermittent.

South Bimini Dream Home

My wife and I spent a week in this house with our 4 teenage kids and this place was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us. Super clean and an amazing location on a canal with private docks.We enjoyed the gas grill on the deck overlooking the water where we cooked every dinner and a few lunches. The propane was plentiful, and the grill was fantastic. The house is well stocked with kitchen essentials. All you need to bring is food!Carlos is an amazing host and was very quick to answer all pre-trip inquiries as well as a couple we had while we were staying there. Cannot wait to get back to this house for another visit.

Best time spent in Bimini

Our vacation at this villa was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we could tell it was going to be a peaceful, fun, and relaxing experience. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We came prepared, but honestly, the villa had it all—plenty of towels, bedsheets, and enough room for a big family! We had two families staying here, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.Carlos, the host, was incredibly nice and communicative throughout our stay. He made sure that all our needs were met, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We felt taken care of from start to finish.Overall, this vacation was everything we hoped for and more. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future! Highly recommend!

Bimini getaway

We loved our stay at the blue “amigo” as the locals called it! We have traveled to Bimini many times and appreciate all of the “extras!” The dock is a huge plus when crossing in your own boat. We had plenty of room for our family of 6.

The perfect, 3 day 2 nights get away. House is exactly as described. Communication with Carlos was excellent. Quiet paradise

Carlos has the descriptions very accurate . We really enjoyed staying there. He was very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking dinners. The only thing my boyfriend could have used is a king size bed in the master, as he is 6’2. We will definitely be back!!! :-)

Great place in South Bimini

Great place to stay to enjoy Bimini if you have a boat. The south side of the island is very chill and laid back. They have golf cart rentals to get around and a nice marina if you have a boat.

Great home in South Bimini

Had a great stay and will definitely be back! This home has everything you need and more! From a generously stocked kitchen to an abundance of towels and linens, we had everything we needed. The house's location at the end of a quiet canal with great dockage for our boat was absolutely perfect for our weekend fishing trip! And a big thank you to the host, Carlos, for his attentiveness and quick responses to any and all of our questions.

Awesome Stay

Property was well kept, definitely as advertised. Make sure you bring the bug spray. It is located on a nice quiet Cove plenty of dock space. Would definitely recommend we will be staying here again next year.

First time in South Bimini

Great property and location! You won’t find a cleaner, more stocked and better location for a stay on the Island. Grill was good size and clean, more linens than you could use and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a VRBO in the Bahamas. Sitting on the back deck was some of the best times of the trip. Carlos, Lucy and the family are great hosts and provided suggestions on where to boat. We will be back again!

Great Townhouse Kitchen had everything we needed especially Kitchen. Great dock for my friends 34'boat easy access out of and into canal leading to rental. Only negative was Sharks ate bait and fish we caught way more than any other place I have fished in the Bahamas

Great Spot for Boaters

Clean, Quiet, Well Kept with LOTS of beds. Its a 3/2 but has a loft with 2 add'l beds ( twins) and master has add'l twin. Great Marina space and Bimini Cove next door has fuel and provisions. South Bimini is best to keep away from North Bimini madness and million dollar a night hotels. Its a quiet gem.

The house was great. With 6 beds, there was more that enough room for our group of 7. We found the kitchen to be generously stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. The grill is also very good. The two boat docks were good for both of our 24’ boats, just wish they had bumpers on the post. We enjoyed the porch in the mornings and early afternoons. When the sun begins to set, you need to head indoors to avoid the mosquitoes and sand gnats. Of course this is no fault of the host, it’s just the joy of being on South Bimini. There was a citronella candle on the porch and we left 2 more behind. Great week. We would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect

Everything we had hoped for and more. Easily slept 7 and had room for more. Hot water was never a problem. Lots and Lots of towels and everything needed to cook/grill. Very close to (10 min boat ride) to north island, 15 min ride to Sapona shipwreck, 20 min to honeymoon harbor. Dock is in good condition and location in the canal is perfect with no current or others passing beating your boat. We will definitely be back.

Incredible stay

First time to Bimini solo. House was great! Huge dock space, easy to find. House has a large wood deck- completely shaded in the afternoons. We had 4 couples- plenty of room and space. Great place!

We have been coming to South Bimini for over 20 years and fell in love with the place the first time we came here. We enjoy Fishing boating, going to the beach, taking walks in the morning and gazing at the stars at night.

Why they chose this property

Our home away from home is a little off the beaten path. It’s not ' visited as much as the north island, but we like it that way. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all with some peace and quiet and unbelievably beautiful scenery, you found it.

What makes this property unique

Since our property is directly on a saltwater canal with easy access to the ocean, most of our guests come by Boat. The rental comes with two slips, each one of which is 40 feet long to easily accommodate your boats. Be aware that the canal entrance is only 4 feet deep at low tide.

We realize that the weather can be unpredictable crossing the Gulf Stream, so we have a relaxed cancellation policy. If you need to cancel because of weather, you can book at a future date whenever our place is available.

We also strongly recommend that you purchase travel protection through VRBO in case you need to cancel altogether.
