Negril is a place where the soul of Jamaica truly comes alive. Once a small fishing village, it has blossomed into a thriving tourist destination while still holding onto its authentic charm and warm, welcoming culture. Here, the vibrant energy of the locals blends seamlessly with the laid-back rhythm of island life, creating a unique atmosphere that feels like home to everyone who visits.
Our villa is nestled in the heart of this beautiful community, just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Rick’s Cafe and the breathtaking cliffs that overlook the bright blue Caribbean Sea. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves gently crashing against the rocks, the salty breeze brushing your skin, and the sun painting the sky in hues of gold and pink. It’s a scene that never gets old, and it’s one of the many reasons we fell in love with this place.
Our journey to Negril began during a family vacation to Kingston. My husband’s friend invited us to Montego Bay for some fun, and from there, we were whisked away to Negril. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the friendly environment and the way the locals made us, as foreigners, feel so welcome. The beaches were lively yet serene, and the community had this effortless, laid-back vibe that instantly put us at ease. It was here that we met a lovely lady selling her villa, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Since 2003, our family-owned and operated villa has been a place where community meets families. We’ve kept the same warm, welcoming spirit that drew us to Negril in the first place, and it brings us so much joy to share this special corner of the world with others. Whether you’re sipping on fresh coconut water by the sea, exploring the vibrant local culture, or simply soaking in the stunning views, Negril has a way of touching your heart and leaving you with memories to cherish forever.
