About this property

Welcome to our beautiful home (aka Pelican Villa).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please inquire about the property first to see availability, as we have this property listed on multiple sites and may have a contract pending for your dates. Also, if traveling with your dog, please add info on your pet in your inquiry. Thank you.

Our private pool home is located in the heart of Cape Coral, Florida.
With over 2100 square feet of living area, this home was recently remodeled with new kitchen, baths, travertine tile throughout, new interior paint, window treatments and new fans and fixtures. The home features a separate living room/dining combo with a large family room in the rear of home. The living room has a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have tv's. There is a wireless printer on site, wi-fi and the pool is solar heated. Electric heat for pool is available at an additional cost. The home is gorgeous!

The family room, living room and master bedroom bedroom all offer sliding glass doors (pocketing) out onto the lanai/pool area.

Very close to downtown shopping and dining.
The Boathouse Restaurant at the Cape Coral Yacht Club is 4 miles away.

4 to 5 miles from Cape Coral's Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour!

Ft. Myers Beach is 13 miles away

Rental rates are for a typical family (2 adults and 3 children) or 4 adults. Additional fees apply for extra guests.

Please note that during high season (January, February and March) we only rent out the entire month. We cannot break up the months and rent in the middle of a month into the middle of the next month.

Note: There is a $75/week allowance for electricity for a 30 day period. Any overage will be charged to the guest. $0.15/KWH. Internet is not unlimited. Usage of 1.2TB/mo. $10 plus tax per 50GB after.

NOTE: Additional fee may be applicable if is excessive cleaning is required.

NOTE: The grill on lanai must be fully cleaned before departure. This is not part of the cleaning fee. If grill is not cleaned, a $50 charge is applicable.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed for a week over Christmas break and loved the property. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and the area felt safe. The home was clean, well taken care of and had many extras to help for a week away. Tara was so great to deal with always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

When I checked in it smelled like a wet dog. She wanted me to set the A/C to 78 or it will freeze up. The pool had broken solar heating The pool water verified by the pool cleaning company 72F. She advised me the she will monitor my electricity use and be charged extra The pool is in the shade no sun after C11:00 am. Lanai was so small you could barely walk around the pool. Furniture smelled and was sticky.your feet black.

Wonderful Holiday Trip

We stayed at this beautiful home for a girls holiday. The home was very clean and well set up, it was close to everything, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. I will be booking this again in the future

Beautiful vacation rental. This house was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The lanai and pool were used daily. The bikes in the garage were a nice extra. Also, our host Tara was very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. My husband and I would definitely rent this house again!

A week in Paradise!!

This is the most incredible home and landscaping I've ever seen. Palatial is the word I use. The beauty, cleanliness, grandeur of this home is beyond words. Tara has it stocked with everything you need to live!! This beautiful home is so amazing we never wanted to leave!! We will definitely make this our go to Heaven-on-Earth!

Cape Coral Gem

This is a great size home. The pool is awesome. This house has lots of everything you need for your stay. Kitchen utensils are the best I've seen in any home we've rented. Lots of towels, pool toys and a nice grill for our cookouts. Master bedroom is great with a large walk in closet and awesome shower. We saw lots of burrowing owls on our walks which was really cool. Thanks Tara for a great stay.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Beautiful pool. Home was spotless and kitchen fully stocked with equipment pots/pans. A short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, attractions. The owner was very responsive. Very comfortable. Hated to leave.

Great vacation

We rented this home just so we could simply have a relaxing week and hang out at the pool or the beach and it was exactly that. This house is fully equipped with pretty much everything you need and is also very convenient to beaches, shopping centers, and restaurants. Everything is pretty much in a short driving distance. It overall was a nice house that was very spacious, a nice size pool and a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property!

My family spent five weeks here this past summer. The house was very clean, was in a safe and friendly neighborhood, and the pool was very well-maintained and relaxing! I have rented other properties before, but none of them compare to this one in terms of how well equipped it was. The kitchen was high quality, beds and other furniture were very comfortable, and it’s very clear that they took the time to keep things neat and orderly. Tara was wonderful and very responsive. I wish I could give this six stars!

This home was immaculate, well maintained and in a great location!! My brother and his family came to visit for an afternoon and we could all be outside enjoying the pool!! It was wonderful and I’d use this place again if it’s available!!

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, great vacation!

Beautiful home, well stocked, perfect vacation. Checked in late due to long ride so Tara made sure to leave the lights on for our arrival. Tara was very responsive to any questions we had. Could not have asked for anything more. House is a lot larger than photos show. Our family could not have asked for more. Thank You Tara for sharing it with us!

Not cleaned to standards and cheap on supplies

Pool was the nicest thing, owner didn’t supply extra paper towels or toilet paper, had to ask for more. It was not very clean, there were crumbs in the bed and dirty panties in the blanket! Definitely under cleaned and over priced, pictures showed lounge chairs however there were none. Would have been better in a hotel with essentials supplied and cleaning done daily.

Nice home, not a typical rental but a owner occupied property now being rented. Pool was great, especially with COVID. Nice neighborhood and great walking and biking. Really, nice.

Awesome Cape Coral Pool Home

Very nice vacation home. This home was everything we were looking for and more. The owners were always available for any questions and very accommodating. It is close to all the fine dining, short drive to Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and plenty of shopping. This is a very spacious home and comes furnished with all of the necessities you may need. I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation stay !!

Wonderful stay!!!

I was really impressed with how equipped this vacation home was. There was no need to bring anything from home except the family and our clothes. The bathrooms were great and even had nail polish remover, emery board, etc - things I would not even think of but came in handy. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. The beds were COMFORTABLE. The sheets and comforter in the master was of high quality. The layout was so spacious and I loved the fact that there was no carpet. There were so many towels for showers, the beach, that you could save time and just do a wash or 2. The owner thought of everything in terms of providing a good potential beach home such as the chairs for the beach, flotation devices for the pool (more than enough for a adults and children. The lanai was spacious and the seating was more than ample. I will definitely return!.

We are from good old northeastern Ohio! We purchased this home in 2015. We chose Cape Coral because our daughter moved to the area many years ago. One of us still works so full retirement has not quite come for us. Until then, we chose to rent our house so others could enjoy it. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We chose this property because of the beautiful pool, because it is so spacious, the 2 areas of living (living room and family room) and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen is quite amazing! It features a ton of cabinetry and is stocked with almost anything you would ever need. The bathrooms are beautiful, there are tv's in each room and the rear covered lanai and private pool are so inviting!
