You'll have the entire main story which features a comfy living room and a guitar for you to pass around the room. Walk a half mile to Percy Priest Lake & Marina where you can rent a boat, jet ski, or enjoy dinner and live music at Shipwreck Cove Restaurant & Bar. It's the perfect home-away-from-home for work or play while you experience Nashville, Tennessee. (basement/garage not included)
