All the process from start to finish was brilliant. Both Michele and Susan were brilliant

The only problem was the washing machine which is basically down to our understanding of French. The position of the property was extra close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of close supermarkets to keep the fridge full. G20 is the best place for groceries There are buses and Metro very close too. Thank you to our hosts.

Great location and cozy space

We stayed for a week with our 11-year-old granddaughter and liked it very much. The check-in was simple and Susan was very helpful and thorough. The apartment is small, tidy, and worked fine for the three of us. It would be really ideal for two people. It was quiet (no small thing in a city) and well stocked, and the location was terrific with access to so many landmarks, to shopping, and to restaurants. The apartment was quite warm , which would be the only change I'd request of the owner. I would certainly stay again and recommend it.

A perfect place for a family of 3

What a wonderful location for my family of 3. The studio was perfectly updated with a very comfortable bed. My older daughter used the fold out bed and that worked well. The bathroom is very French - small - but it worked out great. The location was great so close to great food options, markets and public transportation. We loved that it wasn’t full of tourist but we’d see the same dogs in our evening walks. It is a small studio so worked well for days of activities and evening sleep. We never utilized the tv as we were constantly going. We didn’t hear any neighbors or upstairs.

Apartment close to the Eiffel

The location of this apartment is perfect! Close to metro stops, close to shops and restaurants, and tucked away in a quiet courtyard.The apartment itself was clean and cozy and had everything we needed and wanted for our stay. Check in was easy, Cristine kept in contact with us and met us at the apartment for check in (also available if we needed anything). Location and apartment itself were perfect! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location

The location of this flat is super convenient. It is in easy walking distance to several great restaurants and grocery stores. Not to mention that the Eiffel Tower is a short 15 minute walk. My reason for 4 stars is that I am from the southern US and I am a fan of air conditioning. I knew that there was no AC but did not realize it only has one window with no screen facing a five story courtyard. so there was no breeze. I put the fan in the window and was still warm and had insects in the flat. .

GREAT central location along the south side of the Seine in the 7th Arr

Cozy property in easy location between the Eiffel Tower and Hotel des Invalides that my 17 yo daughter and I stayed in for 5 days during the Olympics. Michelle (host) and Linda (assistant) were very helpful on the day of check-in and offered quick response to a request for documentation we needed in order to access the property due to the heightened security of the Opening Ceremony and the location being in a closed off area not accessible to the public. The property offers everything you need and is equipped with dishes and pans to make a meal though I highly recommend experiencing Parisian cuisine. There are many cafes, bakeries, markets and drugstores within walking distance and the Pont d'Alma bridge crosses the Seine to access the 8th Arr for even more options. For longer trips you can opt for renting a Lime/ Uber electric bike from the bike depot located on the corner which we did a few times and rode to Le Louvre et La Cathedrale Notre Dame and back. Comfy bed + pullout sofa. FYI there appears to be no AC unit/ climate control and it was very hot and humid during our stay (98f/ 37c). We used the 2 tower fans included to keep cool. The only mishaps we experienced with the property were that the washer/dryer combined unit is difficult to understand/ control and one of my older gray shirts that has never bled in my wash cycles at home destroyed my khaki shorts. Probably ideal for couples/ small families of 3 people or less. Enjoy!

Great Location.

Lots to say. First, the apartment was as described. Clean, stocked as advertised. Michelle went out of her way to stock additional sheets and a few more pillows for us. We were a party of 4 - with two teens. While the listing is correct, the apartment can accommodate 4, the sofa bed is way too small for 2. Perfect for 1. The queen bed like other reviews was extremely comfortable. Best part of the stay. A couple of things in terms of observation- listing says water view. This apartment is on the lower level with one window facing the courtyard. No water view from it. You walk outside the building and cross the street and yes you can see the river. While the apartment faces a courtyard (outdoor space) it could not be used by us. It was for other apartments within that courtyard. The view was blocked off by very tall plants forming a fence around the courtyard deck to the benefit of other apartments with doors facing that deck. Only other observation is the wifi. Yes there is wifi, the download speeds ranged from 8 to 18 mpbs. This is so slow, pictures could bever get out from texting. Just be aware of. Great for regular texting or emails. Nothing else. Bathroom is functional- if your a portly person, I would not recommend it. It’s very tight quarters. It worked for us. Very thankful for for the great communication from Michelle and everything went as planned including a few extra sheets and pillows.

Great place to hang your hat.

Great location near Eiffel Tower. Very clean with ample amenities. A bit of miscommunication about check in because of not receiving message but in end ironed out. Apartment is easy to find and located steps from taxi stand and in walking distance to Tullier gardens, Musée d’Orsay etc Even for a 68 year old. If I was blessed with another visit I would stay here b

Fantastic Location

Great location ! Five minute walk from Eiffel Tower and walking distance from the Louvre, Musee d’ Orsay, and many other great attractions and restaurants. The studio apartment is very nice and roomy compared to most hotel rooms in Paris and is great for two people. The only issue encountered was that the owner was out of town and the property manager seemed very rushed during check in and did adequately explain the workings of the unit. From reading past reviews at appears that the owner is very accommodating and a great resource for all things Paris. It was to bad she was not there. I would highly recommend this property !

Perfect neighborhood

It was incredible! I spent 7 weeks in the studio apartment. While the bathroom and kitchen counter were tight quarters, it met my needs. It was a fabulous neighborhood- Effiel Tower, Invalides, Pont de Alexander, Louve- all in walking distance. I loved the farmers market on President Wilson blvd. The studio is perfect for 1-2 people.

Quite, cozy studio close to it all!

The space is perfect for my 17 year old son and myself as we explored Paris for nine days. Susan was totally accommodating when we didn’t arrive until 1:30 AM and let us in. The place is spotless, the beds are great and excellent location. It was the perfect place to land after a long day of sightseeing. Love the neighborhood and can’t wait to return!

Great stay in perfect location

The entire process from booking to end worked perfectly. The apartment is small but very well equipped. Perfect for two people. Very private and quiet with entrance from an enclosed garden area. Near public transport and many nice restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!

49th Anniversary trip

My husband and I were celebrating our 49th anniversary with a trip to Paris. When we arrived at the apartment Susan was there to meet us. She went to the room with us to explain how thing worked and to answer any questions. There were 6 english speaking channels on TV, all were news, we were told Americans liked these channels. When I expressed disappointment at this, I was told to take it up with the owner. There was no welcome bottle of wine and no shower gel, when I mention this I was told to read my contract and take it up with the owner. I did not have to read my contract I knew what it said. The TV and shower gel were no big deal, no bottle of wine however, big deal, lol. I did ask the owner about the wine, she said perhaps Susan forgot and she would take care of it. We were there for a week, 2 days before we left the wine appeared on our door step. The room was adequate, good location, clean and a GREAT bed. We could not control the room temperature as the heat comes up from the floor, at times it was quite warm, thankfully there was a window to open. We had a fantastic anniversary and loved our time in Paris. Maybe Susan was having a bad week, I only know we did not feel welcomed.

Cozy Studio on Fabulous Location

This is a cozy studio in a fabulous location. Easy walks to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, d’Orsey, Metro, and many of Paris’ great sites. Our adult daughter stayed for a few nights. The pull out couch worked perfectly for her. The bathroom is a little smaller than what most Americans may be use to and the washer/dryer is small so just do very light loads. But all in all this studio was great and we would stay there again when visiting Paris.

Lovely Studio

The studio had everything you would want. Comfortable, cozy, great neighborhood & Michelle had a binder that was very helpful. Checking in was not the best. We waited in the lobby for quite some time before anyone showed up with the keys. That was really the only minus. Other than that we would definitely stay in Michelle’s studio again.

Wonderful location!!

My partner and I just spent eight nights at the studio. We found the location wonderfully convenient for walking almost anywhere in the city core. It's also very convenient to the RER C line and the Metro. The studio is well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Michelle, and Susan were timely and very clear with their communication. All their instructions were clear and the notebook provided covered everything you need to know. It was a great choice to stay here. (One caveat. The RER C line station at St. Michel-Notre Dame is temporarily closed. so a direct transfer from the B line from CDG to the C line is not possible and vice versa.)

Marvelous location in the heart of Paris!

The property is in a fantastic location and the owner is very accommodating. The Eiffel Tower is only a few blocks away. We found many cafes, shops, museums, and grocery stores within walking distance. It’s a safe area; there’s no problem walking alone at night. Also, it’s easy to get taxis and buses. The apartment is compact, but has all the essentials and is perfect for a couple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!
