Comfortable, clean and charming. Great location. This home was perfect for our wine tasting excursion with our 94 year old uncle. Loved the vintage house with some updated features. Communication with host was great - we would stay here again for sure.
This was a perfect spot for a few guys to hit up the best beer festival in the country (FWIBF). I hear there's wine nearby too. lol. The house was charming and the location was perfect. Cheers!

This is a cute older home in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown. Would book again as it worked for the 3 of us on our girlfriend getaway and the price was comparatively affordable given it’s location.
That said, the house could use some minor, inexpensive fixes to enhance a guest’s experience, such as a room darkening shade in the master bedroom western window (it was about 90 in there mid-day), door knob maintenance (many were loose), and some useful kitchen additions (I ended up buying some cereal bowls at Walmart).

Fit the bill
The location was great, house was large enough, clean & well equipped.
Suggestions: 2 sets of keys, inform renter that there is no central heat/air; turn on heat before arrival so renter does not have to wait for the house to warm; leave directions on operating TV
Already looking forward to staying here again! The place was easy to find, clean, and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook/bake. the seating area was eclectic and comfortable. There's plenty of parking (driveway, and on the street). Showers worked well (plenty of hot water and good water pressure) and were clean. Beds were perfectly made and fresh when we arrived. Curtains covered the windows well for privacy and sun-blocking. It's a quick walk to all sorts of useful spots: A corner store, coffee options, and restaurants (including Il Cortile and Junctions). It's in a central location, so visiting wineries to the east and west side of the city is very convenient. I'd highly recommend this place, and will try to book here again next time we're in the area!
We can't say enough about the location and comfort of this little cottage. It's the perfect walking distance from downtown, super comfy beds, any amenity you can think of thought of. Candi was super quick with a response. We'd like to thank her for a lovely stay.
We enjoyed our stay in this cute bungalow. It was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Close to downtown and a short drive from nearby wineries.
Rented this home for a wine weekend with the girls. The location was perfect for walking to the downtown area for shopping, dining and drinks.. the house was perfect for our group of six. The only shortfall was the bathrooms were not fully stocked and the rooms were a little hot. But overall, it was an amazing trip and I would definitely rent this property again.
We had a wonderful time in Paso and loved Candi's home. The location was an easy walk to downtown Paso and was very comfortable for our family to stay in.
My husband and I took our little sisters on a wine trip and picked this wonderful location to stay. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath served our needs wonderfully. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed the evening and walked to the square several times. Everything we needed was provided! Coffee, creamer, etc. etc. We look forward to staying here again!
A perfect place for a weekend stay when attending a wedding.
We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with how easy it was to access all the stores, restaurants and places we wanted to visit. Our only suggestion would be to label where the disposal switch can be found. Otherwise the house was awesome.
Overall, good experience. Nice to have back yard and grill.
Nice to have the Culligan bottled water. A little warm at night in bedrooms. Close to town and restaurants within walking distance.
We had a lovely stay here in Paso Robles. This very cute house was perfect for the 4 of us, with three bedrooms and two full baths. It was centrally located, very close to town, uber and lyft were plentiful and reasonable!
The house was cleanly and worked for our group. Liked the bbq and the kitchen tools.

HIDDEN GEM PASO ROBLES HOME IN DOWNTOWN AREA
Our family stayed at Candi and Tom's 3 BDR 2 BA home over a 3 day weekend to attend a wedding and rediscover Paso Robles. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. It's located just 4 blocks from the historic downtown square and close to excellent restaurants, boutique shops and Paso Robles fast growing wine county. The beds were very comfortable (we are a picky family) and the layout of the house was perfect for our needs. We especially liked the extra large farmhouse table in the dining room, where we spent most of our time as a family when we weren't out and about. We managed to get in 2+ mile walks for exercise each day on the quiet, tree-lined streets above the main thoroughfare, and used this as an opportunity to explore the town and check out some really interesting homes. Thanks again Candi and Tom - we will be back. Steve + Cathryn Nation, Kensington, CA
