Casa Bella Vista is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Spanish style home located in the gated community of Rancho Santana. The house is perched right above the ocean with amazing views, fresh natural air and a beautiful infinity pool. It sleeps up to 8 people and has all amenities needed to make you feel more than comfortable on your Nica vacation.

Rancho Santana is a quiet and safe world class beach community. Some of its features include:

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Fue un fin de semana agradable con la familia , casa limpia , bien amueblada , hermosa vista Solo un pequeña observación tener carro con doble tracción el camino estaba en construcción y la casa está en una colina de tierra es recomendable tener ese tipo de carro Pero en lo general la pasamos al 100 :)

Wonderful view, great family vacation rental home with a gorgeous open concept floor plan. Views from the pool were spectacular. Great location as well, not too far from major Rancho Santana amenities.

The most beautiful view

The property is really beautiful, and the view is amazing. I believe this place has one of the best views in Rancho Santana. The location is also great, it's nearby the club and near the main area, the host is also great and everyone is very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious, the pool is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area is also great. I would stay here again without a doubt!

Amazing view, very chill

We had a great vacation. The staff was terrific, excellent cook. The outdoor space was well laid out with beautiful hammocks and places to lounge. Didn’t spend much time indoors. Bedrooms and bathrooms very basic, but clean. Really is only a 3 bedroom with a maid’s room off the kitchen, which isn’t ideal. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely magical location with and incredible view!

My family and I are wrapping up a 2 month stay here at Casa Bellavista and it has been absolutely phenomenal! The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to Playa Rosada (5-10 mins), the Yoga Studio (10 mins), Playa Escondida (15 mins), and the Inn/restaurant/tienda (15 mins). The view is absolutely amazing and we have enjoyed so many incredible sunsets from our pool. Olga has been great about keeping in touch and ensuring we have everything we need, and we've greatly appreciated the 3x/week housecleaning service. I would honestly say that, in our experience, the pictures don't fully capture the beauty of this location and the magic of the views that the back patio afford. We definitely hope to have the chance to return again soon!
