The screened-in porch boasts a swimming pool, dining table, and outdoor kitchen complete with a gas grill. Inside, there are four bedrooms, a fully furnished living area, kitchen, and dining space. "Playing Hooky" spares no expense in ensuring comfort for a relaxing beach vacation. Luxury furniture adorns each level, including the outdoor patio and balcony.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a furnished patio shaded by large oak trees, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and engaging in conversation after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and island bar cater to cooking enthusiasts who can still be part of the action in the living room. Formal dining for up to ten, plus additional bar seating for four, ensures everyone can dine together. A well-appointed king suite with a private entrance to the quiet front porch area, and a custom-built queen over queen bunk bed, accommodate guests of all ages and sizes. For added convenience, there's a side-by-side washer and dryer room on the ground floor.

The second floor features a second king suite with its own privately furnished balcony overlooking the neighborhood, as well as a bedroom designed with children in mind, featuring two uniquely built, three-tier twin bunk beds.

The backyard offers a refreshing retreat with a private swimming pool providing a shaded oasis. The pool area is screened for comfort during both afternoon and evening hours. An outdoor kitchen and gas grill enhance the outdoor space, while an outdoor dining table and pool lounges accommodate gatherings. Private beach access is only a five-minute walk from the front door, or even quicker if you opt for one of the provided bike cruisers.
