About this property

Historic motor yacht moored in a private gated marina in the Port of Los Angeles. Dockside month to month rental. Our vessel has hosted many famous people over the years including the Nixon family, Bebe Rebozo and Bob Hope among others. Known as America's first super yacht, It was the largest and most expensive American yacht built in 1956.
Walking distance to local cafe, and just mins to Wilmington restaurants and Long Beach.

Welcome aboard the ALISA V Yacht **This is for the Guest Stateroom with 2 single beds, built-in desk, dressers, 2 closets, ensuite bathroom and shower, plus shared use of dining salon, main salon, deck and kitchen. (Private use of whole boat comes w/rent of both staterooms. See additional listing #2. Master stateroom with king bed is currently rented until June 1st, Please inquire).

NOTHING DOWN THE TOILETS EXCEPT SEPTIC SAFE TOILET PAPER. Don't flush too much paper or the marine toilets can plug.

No parties/loud music. Please respect other guests and clean up after yourself. Coordinate shower times(boats have low pressure water systems).

Shoes off. Be careful with our yacht. It's nearing 70 years old. Close windows at night to prevent moisture coming in from the port.
