About this property

Evy's Family Ranch Cabin, Secluded

Summary:
Enjoy a charming and cozy lodge nestled privately among 24-acres on the hills above Heber City, Utah. Designed with family gatherings in mind, this unique space features three open lofts and sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. Loft areas in the cabin do not have bedroom doors, but the open-concept layout creates a warm and communal atmosphere, perfect for making memories. Step outside to take in the fresh mountain air, with easy access to endless outdoor activities in the valley.

The Space:
Please note, this cabin is located in a wooded valley and cell phone service is unavailable, or spotty at best. To use your phone, please connect to the cabin's WiFi, or make your way up the driveway to the main road. Enjoy the spacious living area, perfect for board games, movie nights, or cozying up by the wood-burning fireplace after a day of adventure. The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether you're whipping up breakfast for the kids or a feast for the whole family.

Guest Access:
There are absolutely no campfires at the cabin; local regulations say: "Zero-Tolerance Open Fires and Fireworks Policy." Feel free to use the nearby basketball court. Keep ATVs and snowmobiles on the main road by the cabin to reduce tearing up trails around the cabin campground area. There is plenty of parking space, including space for an RV (but no hookups most of the year). Guests are welcome to bring tents and sleep in flat/grassy areas around the cabin. Please be aware that while the driveway to the cabin is actively snow plowed, there is a slight hill down to the cabin so 4WD or AWD is recommended for heavy snow periods.

The Neighborhood:
The cabin is secluded from the main road and surrounded by trees, making for a cozy and quiet stay.

Other Things to Note:
Distances to popular destinations:
– 9 miles to Soldier Hollow
– 14 miles to Deer Valley Resort
– 16 miles to Daniel's Summit
– 16 miles to Park City Mountain Resort
