You have all the amenities of home: real wood fireplace, hot tub, washer & dryer, full kitchen, internet, cable, firepit, charcoal grill, sheets, towels, cookware, we furnish 2 rolls toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, & dish detergent. Soap or shampoo is NOT provided. Amazing views, private, gated, I have 9 cabins on this property approx. 60 ft. apart, large gazebo open to all guest who are staying. Pictures do not describe the quietness and serenity of the place. Only 25 miles to downtown Chattanooga, TN. Located on the TN, GA, & Alabama lines. WE ARE NOT A BED & BREAKFAST.
25 miles away to downtown Chattanooga, 10 miles from Walmart, 8 miles from grocery store.
NO PETS- tenants will be evicted with no refund!
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including vaping & cigars) INSIDE, if you must smoke please do so outside with doors and windows shut. Please pick up after yourself, no butts left BEHIND (on the ground)

We are located on the central/eastern time zone line and your phones may switch back and forth. The cabins run on CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% (minus a +$25.00 processing fee) of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in the second 50% payment will be canceled and the first 50% payment will NOT be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, there will be a +$25.00 fee for the refund. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. you will be charged 2 payments; first payment 50 percent and the 2nd payment 50 percent will be taken out when your stay is 30 days or less before arrival.

There is a as cleaning fee right? We washed the dishes and almost cleaned the whole cabin. !I think there is a lot of clean up when you leaveIt would be nice if we had a cabin looked over the Nickajack River. Lake.

For older folks

Wildflower is perfect for older folks. It is equipped to accomodate us and had everything you would need. Very clean and decorated beautifully. It's wonderful to wake up to the beautiful scenery.

Quiet retreat

Beautiful oasis in the mountains. The landscaping is beautiful and privacy between cabins was very thought out! The cabin was so clean and had all the amenities and more!

Great little snowy getaway

This was the perfect getaway for the wife and I. Private with a great view. We saw a deer and there was even a little snow. On our departure, I was taking the trash to the dumpster when I noticed a lady with a spray paint can. I assumed she was going to do a little graffiti and was going to stop her. Turns out, it was the owner! What a pleasure it was speaking with her and learning so much about the area and her entire family's passion for the cabins. We will definitely be back.

Autumn Mountain Escape

Adorable little cabin, very clean, everything you needed. Loved the fireplace & outdoor area with covered deck/hot tub, swing & fire pit. We live in FL so take long weekend vacations each Oct to see "Fall". This will definitely make the list again for future "Fall" trips😊🍁🍂🎃

Wonderful weekend

I took my daughter and one of her friends to this cabin to celebrate her birthday. Beautiful view from the cabin. Just a short drive to Chattanooga, where we found plenty of things to keep us busy. The cabin was a nice relaxing spot to come back to after a busy Saturday.

I loved the view & serenity of the property. No hustle or bustle! I think a couple of things could have been spelled out - specifically that your card would automatically be charged for the second installment & that the final instructions would come from Grant Summit Cabins instead of VRBO.

This cabin was everything we needed for a great girls weekend! My daughters, sister, and I had a fantastic time! The house is so amazing plus it was close to all the attractions! I can’t wait to take my husband here!

A lovely weekend!

Our short weekend away was so needed. This property was super cute, had great views even though it was behind a few other cabins, and was in a great location within driving distance of Chattanooga and some beautiful hiking trails! The only downside is that with having guests wash and put away their own dishes, most of the dishes we pulled out to use needed to be washed again before we did anything with them. Totally understand that it comes with the territory, and no big deal! We are definitely thinking about making this a yearly trip.

Great Stay

The hot tub was a little small for 4 people but everything else was great! The mattress and pillows were Bamboo (going to buy a pillow of my own for home). The tv had cable. They had this considerate binder with maps of things to do and places to eat nearby. It would've been cool to have a TV by the hot tub so we could chill and watch something but loved it! Oh also beautiful view!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We stayed for a weekend with our kids and had a wonderful time. This was a great location to take day trips to Ruby Falls, Rock City and hiking at Cloudland Canyon and then come back for a relaxing dinner, fire pit and hanging out in the hot tub. Wildflower Cabin was the perfect size for our family of four and there was plenty of room outside to run around and explore. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the gazebo on the property. Highly recommend!

Great property

We really enjoyed this cabin. We ended up having to leave a night early due to having a sick kid at home. Ease of communication with the host made this process much easier. The hot tub was perfect for the low 30’s temps. We even had a little snow on the ground when we arrived. We did have to go buy a little bit of fire wood because the wood in the shed was a little damp from the weather a few days prior to arrival (which is understandable). The only improvement that I could suggest is a new mattress in the larger bedroom. It had a significant dip in the middle which caused us to roll to the middle of the bed all night. But, minor issue as the rest of the cabin was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Beautiful views

Perfect getaway in this times where social distancing is required. No worries about elevators or checking in with a receptionist. Enjoy the peace, nature, the view and the jacuzzi.

Hello my name is Kenny hill and my wife's name is Cindy hill. we started our little resort in July of 2011 breaking ground and now have finished our 3rd cabin. with hopefully 2 more cabins to come. we may also build a wedding chapel. maybe? we build the cabins ourselves and clean them with our on family, when we are not on vacation ourselves.

Why they chose this property

This property was part of grant family homestead . it has a small cemetery with a few old graves on part of the property. it is quiet and peaceful .

What makes this property unique

This is the 3rd cabin i have built on this site. It sets away from the bluff edge but still has an excellent view of the valley and mountains.
