Upstairs, you’ll find two full bathrooms, a spacious 430 sq ft / 40 m² master bedroom with an office space for two and en-suite bathroom, a kid’s room with a single bed that converts to a bunk bed, and a cozy guest room with a queen-size sofa bed. A full-size elevated inflatable mattress is also available.

The private 600 sq ft / 75 m² rooftop terrace offers a grill, dining area, and lounge space. If you have kids, we also provide a medium-sized plastic pool with toys.

The duplex, two flights up, features wooden floors, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. Upstairs bathrooms have bathtub/shower combinations, and the downstairs half bathroom adds extra convenience.

Big windows throughout the apartment bring in plenty of light. The living room and secondary bedroom overlook a tree-lined street, while the master bedroom faces the backyard of our downstairs neighbor.

Family-Friendly
The secondary bedroom is our 7-year-old's room, complete with toys and kid accessories you’re welcome to use. The queen size pull-out sofa in the guest room has a comfortable queen-size mattress.

Situated in Central Harlem, the apartment is close to the 2 and 3 express subway lines, a 5-minute walk to the A and D express lines, and a 15-minute walk to Central Park.
