Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Included propane grill, kayak, SUP, cornhole, ping-pong table, games, float tubes, boogie board, beach chairs, WIFI, Netflix, dedicated office space, huge eat-in kitchen, built in custom bench seating on the deck, fire pit, covered front porch. Close proximity to free lakes (Spring Lake, swimming, fishing, water toys, picnic gazebos) very reasonable golf, downtown waterfront marinas, Oak Island Beach, water shuttle to Fort Fischer, Carolina Beach, 4 wheel drive beaches. 45 minutes to Wilmington (Max cleaning fee $150.00 unless deep cleaning needed) Pet fee $10 per day. 1 Dog. 80 pound max. I think our property is pretty cool because as soon as you walk in it just feels like vacation. Relaxed fun place to chill, have a beverage, start a nice slow morning or re coop after a fun day out at the beach, on the water, or golf course.
