Tree Tops Resort has many modern amenities to pamper you. The unit includes a gas fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, whirlpool tub in master bath, hairdryers, color televisions with cable service, DVD/VCR players, iron and ironing board, central heat and air, wireless internet service, telephone service with direct numbers, and private balconies. A completely furnished kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, all utensils and small appliances affords you the option of cooking in. You’ll find the unit to have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains!

Our guests also enjoy 3 outdoor pools, 2 kiddie pools, 1 indoor pool and dry sauna, 5 hot tubs, BBQ gas grills, indoor racquetball court, putting green, shuffleboard court, fitness center, playground, and basketball goal. Complimentary on-site laundry facilities are conveniently located throughout the resort. Additional housekeeping services are available by request for a nominal fee.

Weekly activities are provided by our full-time activities staff. The activities department is at your service and ready to assist you in planning a fun-filled vacation, including discount prices on tickets to local attractions and shows. A sure “not to miss” is our weekly pot-luck dinner with great food, home style fun, and live entertainment. Our activities department also hosts a wi-fi hot spot.

Perfect! Checked all the boxes!

We stayed in the pedestals and could not have been happier. The condo/Loft was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. The view from our 2 balconies was spectacular. I loved that we were only a 7 minute drive to downtown yet still felt secluded in the mountains. We had the quiet of the mountains with all the amenities of the resort. I highly recommend TreeTops.

Cozy condo in the mountains

Went with my family for a last minute getaway and found this listing. Condo was quiet and cozy, close enough to downtown that we didn’t have to drive very long but far enough away from the noise. Condo was very clean and management was super nice to us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a great getaway!

This lived up to be everything all the reviews said! Close to downtown but far enough away to feel cozy and isolated. The pics we rented off of vs the actual rental weren’t the same and it ended up being way better. We did think we were getting a king and a bunk bed situation, but it ended up being two queens, so we split bedrooms and kids bunked up with us 😆 The kids thought the mountains were so cool and we enjoyed the fireplace and balcony to get that vacation feel. There was even a bear sighting walking through the complex! We’d definitely come back and we’ll recommend to others!

Gatlinburg

We had a great time at the Tree Tops Resort. We took advantage of many of the activities that the resort offered. Everything was well kept and comfortable. The listing said that there were 2 twin beds in the second bedroom but it ended up being a queen. For our stay it was not a problem. It is a very convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Pics don't do it justice

Absolutely fantastic property. I must be honest--based on the pics, I thought everything would be a little bit dated. That's not the case at all. Everything about the property is outstanding in our opinion. Two balconies with great view of pool. Kids loved the pool. I loved being able to use the grill, sip on an ice cold beer and still be able to monitor my kids in the pool just a few feet away. Very reasonably priced property with a ton of things to do for kids. If you are a family, I strongly suggest booking this property. I could go on and on...

Gatlinburg adventure!

We had a lovely time. The location was fantastic and the property was beautiful! The staff was so nice. It would have been helpful if the folks at the front desk were more familiar with the trails and features of the local area or if there was someone they could call for information like that. They tried very hard though and were always so nice!

Great friends trip!

Downtown Gatlinburg hs gotten a little bright at night, but the balcony of this condo had the quiet, peaceful feel I remember from years ago. The condo was very clean, and we were very pleased with the amount of space. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect last minute getaway

I was really nervous since this was my first time booking through Vrbo but Angie made it seamless! Property was exactly as advertised and check in was a breeze. Perfect place to stay for our visit to Dollywood!

Very clean, great for families

We rented this as a last minute get away, price was right. We got into town later around 1030pm and went to the front desk, got checked in right away. Went to the building we were staying in and there was plenty of parking. The condo was very clean, large and roomy but outdated. Plenty of linens available. The master bed was very uncomfortable and needs updated, didn’t get very good rest. The shower water pressure was incredible! We went to the heated pool and jacuzzi that was right in walking distance from the condo. We also walked down the hill to catch a trolley there are no sidewalks but only takes about 20 mins to walk to Gatlinburg strip. We took a trolley on the way back and it took about 7 mins to walk up the hill from the trolley stop. Overall it was a very nice condo and we would recommend it to friends!

Treetops condo

We were lucky to find this last minute for a meet up with our daughter. Clean and spacious. Convenient location. Nice amenities for a rainy weekend. Angie was great! I would definitely book with her again!

Great location in Gatlinburg. The resort had a lot of amenities. Sadly we were only there for one night. Enjoyed the river, hot tub, and heated pools though.

Great location - close to town and the Smokies!

We had a wonderful 6 day stay at this property - it exceeded all of my expectations. It was very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, but also felt like a secluded mountain retreat. I highly recommend staying here!

Dollywood Trip

My wife and daughter visited Gatlinburg and Dollywood and this place was perfect for my family. Location was quite and was nice to use the pool. It's just far away to not hear the noice of Gatlinburg

Perfect location, beautiful condo and property!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property with our 4 young children and had an absolute blast! The location was fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg's downtown, but very close to everything we needed access to. The condo itself was spacious and beautiful. It had enough space for all 6 of us to comfortably eat and sleep and was very clean. Angie was wonderful from the day we booked and we appreciated her insight and willingness to quickly answer any questions we had. We spent most of our time hiking in the Great Smokey Mountains or thoroughly enjoying the pools that are part of the Treetops Resort. Our boys loved having the options of 3 different pools to swim in, and they also really enjoyed exploring the stream that runs through the Treetops property. Highly recommend this rental property. Our boys are already talking about going back in the future! Thank you, Angie, for this wonderful rental and all the family memories we were able to make during our stay!

Can’t wait to come back!

The property was immaculate and the view from the deck was amazing, overlooking a beautiful pool and within earshot of a roaring creek. As we were getting into the car one day a small bear walked up behind my daughter and sniffed her leg! Needless to say she was startled but boy has she excitedly told that story! You will most likely see a bear on your stay here! I’ve not been in a pool or hot tub lately this is so clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. My only hesitation in writing this great review is that you will want to stay there next time I am able! Oh well, it’s all true! Thanks for a great stay!
