Beach Access ⇨
- Deer Lake State Park – A 5-minute golf cart ride away, this stunning beach has parking, restrooms, and picnic spots.
- Gulf Lakes Beach – Perfect for bike rides; a 6-minute ride with convenient access.
- Seabreeze Beach Access – An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4 minute drive from the property!
- Walton Dunes Beach – Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access – A bit farther, but great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. Beach gear on us! Beach umbrellas, towels, chairs, cooler and a wagon are provided.

Don't miss out... - Rosemary Beach Community is a 9-minute drive away but we recommend exploring by bike, you'll be there in less than 15 minutes! - Alys Beach Community is just as close on bike - 12 min or less. - Seaside - golf cart, bike, or drive! Pickles or Bud & Alley's are a must-try! You'll also love the walkability to shopping and dining.

To note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
