About this property
Relaxing 4-bedroom/5-bath house in the Hualapai Mountains above Kingman.
Your cozy getaway awaits in the Hualapais at this delightful house. With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this welcoming property is perfect for larger groups looking for a comfortable stay. Relax in the spacious living areas or enjoy the outdoor patio for a morning coffee. The mornings are silent with great views to enjoy the sunrise. There is an eight car garage with a 12 ft garage door--bring up your ORVs. There is also outside parking for an RV or boat. Book now and enjoy all the memories this house has to offer.
Wild Life viewing abounds--elk, deer, rabbits, squirrels and a great variety of birds. Please so not feed the Wild Life. If elk approach, get on the deck or inside the house. Do not approach the deer or elk. When outside the house or on the trails, be very aware of your surroundings. Elk can approach very quickly and silently.
Do not feed the elk. Feeding the elk can be harmful and even fatal.
There is a lodge in the valley for events and meals. Hualapai Mountain Lodge has great meals and live bands Friday and Saturday evenings in the summer.
Hualapai Mountain Park has a pavilion for larger events. Check with the Ranger Station for availability.
There are many walking trails and off road trails. Take a drive up to Wild Cow Springs Campground only four miles up the back road. Keep going on the Ridge Line Road for a day long drive enjoying Ridge top views on both sides.
Please respect the Dark Sky Community. Turn off outside lights after 10:00pm. No loud noise or music at all. This is a residential community. Please respect the neighbors.
NO FIRE! No open fires are allowed. No smoking on the entire property. Do not start a fire in the inside fireplace. Do not use the patio fireplace. Do not use the gas bbq. My insurance does not cover and fire when short term rentals are involved.
Enjoy your stay!!

About the host
Hosted by Scott Williams

My wife and I reside in the main town of Kingman, AZ. We have 3 yrs of short term rental experience in Alaska. We moved to Kingman to get back in the heat and enjoy family more.
Why they chose this property
The VRBO house in the Hualapai Mountains allows for a getaway from the heat. Many walking trails and trails for your Jeep and Side x Side. The views alone are worth going up. Most of the mornings are completely silent. Nice to be out on the deck, cup of coffee in hand, looking out over the valley watching the sunrise.
What makes this property unique
This property is one of the largest homes in Pine Lake. The patio is large enough to hold a large party. This is a Dark Sky Community. Hang out on the patio and enjoy the stars. You will most likely see elk and deer--please do not feed the wildlife.
The eight car garage will allow for most guests to park inside. This area does get periodic snow in the winter.
