This new, modern guest house situated on 5 acres comes equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including WiFi, heating, 55" TV and a stacked LG washer/dryer unit. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Gas range/oven, microwave, Bosch DW, LG refrigerator with ice maker. Keypad self check in. Owner lives in separate main home on property. The cozy atmosphere and convenient amenities make for an enjoyable quiet, private retreat for guests. 3 miles to Kolob Canyons, 44 miles to Main entrance Zion National Park, 33 miles to St George and 21 miles to Cedar City. The covered front and back patios offer great space to enjoy the views. We look forward to hosting you in this beautiful spot in southern Utah.

We are a retired couple that enjoys living in the country and hiking.
Why they chose this property
We chose this location because of the amazing views of Zion National Park. Easy access to I-15 and everything that southern Utah has to offer. Everyone here lives on at least 5 acres, so we have peace and quiet. Most neighbors have animals, including cows, horses, chickens, goats. We have an abundance of birds, deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, etc.
