Great home outside of the hustle and bustle of DC

We did end up renting a car to travel back and forth to metro station. About 4 miles to closest station. House was very nice and clean. Host was great. Beds were comfortable. The 4th bedroom would have been a disappointment had we needed it because the bed is on the floor, but otherwise it is a great house in a quiet neighborhood with great space for connecting with family. We loved the kitchen and lounging area next to the kitchen.

Property clearly needs a professional cleaner and maintenance (many light fixtures don’t work, microwave), ants were everywhere, carpets were filthy, dirty pans were shoved in the oven, no instructions were given for the operation of the house, garbage around the outside and backyard
